Though initially shy and skittish, he has made incredible progress in just a few days in his foster home and continues to gain confidence with patience and kindness. He thrives with a calm, steady approach and does best when given time to warm up. Once he trusts you, he enjoys gentle chin scratches and will happily stay by your side. He’s already been on several outings to places like Petco and Home Depot, meeting new people and learning that the world isn’t so scary after all. This smart and gentle boy is highly treat-motivated and doing great with training—he’s already picking up "sit," "come," and leash manners. He’s crate-trained, house-trained (with only a couple of accidents while adjusting), and loves going on long daily walks. Adamo has even shown some agility potential, confidently navigating park equipment and balancing on curbs for fun! He’s a fantastic car passenger, a quiet companion, and a champion napper. Fanny is a playful purebred Mini Australian Shepherd we got from a pet store last May. A week later, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. After a couple of months on antibiotics and rest, she fully recovered and has a clean bill of health, with vet records to prove it. Fanny loves belly rubs, playing with our toddler and cats, zoomies in the backyard, and walks. She isn’t potty trained yet due to her rough start and an unexpected promotion I received two months after getting her, which has required frequent travel since summer. Juggling work, a toddler, and a puppy has been too much for me. We care deeply about her and are committed to finding the perfect home. If you’re an active family with a fenced yard and experience training puppies, we’d love to hear from you!
