Hi, I'm Mountain and I am looking for a new home. I am a beautiful dog and I know it! I like to sit on your feet or stand in your lap. I got my name because I like to stand on people with all four feet, like a mountain goat. I am dog selective and don't like being greeted by other dogs on leash, but I have lived with and played with other dogs. I love people most of all. I am good with little kids, but do ask that I have a space that's my own where I can go if I need a break. I am housetrained, microchipped, crate trained, and know quite a few commands. Unfortunately, due to some family health issues, I need to find my next family to love. Fee includes several months of flea/tick and heartworm meds as well as any leftover food.

Meet Indie- a 2.5-year-old aussie mix with the cutest ears and smile. Indie can be skittish at first, but with slow intros and gentle movements she warms up fine. She does appear to have some reactivity with barriers. Indie enjoys playing with toys and getting yummy treats. She also loves fetch. In September of 2023, Indie had surgery to correct an issue with a luxating patella and is doing great! She's back to running around and playing like before. She is about 40lbs now as she has gained weight due to the cage rest after surgery, so she can likely drop some pounds. Indie is a herding breed, so as always, we strongly encourage anyone interested in her to do research on these types of dogs. Indie would prefer to be an only dog.

This boy was brought back because he was too much of a puppy who chewed because he was left alone and bored. So he is on the hunt for a family who will understand his needs and keep him busy!! He has a lot of energy and playing is his thing. He likes to play with other dogs, chew on toys and run run run. He does fine with kids, will have to learn about cats. He will need some work on housetraining and leashes. He is a bit stubborn when learning manners so will need a family who can work with that. A routine that occupies his time would also be a plus as that works with his breed mix. He is a sweet boy that has a wonderfully fun personality who just wants to live to the fullest. He needs a life full of adventures and activities and we know that family is out there for him. Dax is being fostered in TN but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Nova is the last of her litter left and she does not understand why. :( She is a sweet, polite little girl who loves to play. Nova's momma was discovered pregnant along with 2 other pregnant dog moms on a community member’s property. We were able to help out one family at our and ended up with Rosie and her 5 babies! Mom looks to be a Aussie/Border Collie mix and we aren’t sure what dad might be. They have been spayed and Nova is ready for adoption!
