Callie is a 16 week old Aussie Sheperd Mini (As of Feb. 7th she is 16 weeks). She will be receiving her final shots (including Rabies on the 4th of Feb.). All Vet visits and shots are up to date. The reason for the Rehome is due to a couple things. I believe I am gone to much and she stays locked up so she can not let her energy out. I also am older and cannot keep up with her pace. She needs a family and plenty of space to run and play! I love her but my environment is not the best for her. She comes with everything you will need from crates, to gates, leashes, toys, and dishes. I want to make sure she has a great start wherever she goes. The rehome fee is to cover all Vet and shots up to this point and that is all. She is great with people, but nervous with other animals at first. Not aggressive at them. She is not registered but you can register her. I have contact info for the breeder we got her from and she is full blooded. She will be a wonderful edition to any family.

Ruger is a 4 year old male Australian Shepherd available for adoption from The Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County (AWL) since 10/12/24. Ruger has an affinity to women! Ruger wants to be a mama’s boy! Ruger loves going out for walks/jogs, frolicking in a fenced yard, and will gladly sit for treats. He would do best in a home without other pets or young children. Ruger is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his shots. Ruger is looking for his best friend! Could that be you?

Story
Sadie is a 10 year old, miniature Australian Shepherd. Her favorite thing in the world is be around people, be a lap dog, and to be pet/loved. She enjoys chewing on bones and going for walks. As she is an older dog, her energy is much lower than it used to be so she can only run around for a little while before she tuckers out! While Sadie gets along with other dogs, she would be suited as the only animal in the home. Sadie is looking for someone who does not have young children, other dogs or cats, and is able to spend a lot of their time with her. She is potty trained, crate trained, and house trained. She knows a few tricks but has always preferred cuddles. DISCLAIMER: Sadie rarely shows signs of aggression towards humans. However, we want to make it clear to her next family that she has bitten both my wife and I in the past. She has done this when we refrained her from running out the door when she wanted to run out, for example, wanting to go for a car ride.

Toby is a sweet and playful Australian shepherd saved from a kill shelter. He loves playing with other dogs and needs a home that has a playmate for him. Toby also needs an owner with an active lifestyle who can help him get all his energy out everyday and also requires a home with a fenced in backyard! Here's the truth of it: Toby has a bite history. Toby will be very loyal and friendly to his family he knows but he WILL display protective behaviors when visitors come over and if not crated or kept on leash will bite them.
