Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Jacksonville, FL Meet Blue! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 47 lbs. He is microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t neutered. Blue is fearful around strangers (he warms up quicker to females when introduced properly). He hasn’t been tested around cats or other dogs, but is fine with the dogs inside of his home. No kids, due to his reactivity! He loves to play fetch, run around the yard, and snuggle up on your lap! Blue has had 3 bite incidents last year. He bit a toddler on the forehead. He bit a child when they approached him on the couch with a big toy. He also bit the owner’s toddler after she approached him and tried to pet him in the kitchen. The owner is surrendering him because he has bitten their young children and shown aggression towards them. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for him, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Blue. Owner’s Contact Information: Dayana Alvarez at dayana_01@hotmail.com.

I have had Dakota since he was 1 year old, he is now 9. He is a great loving dog, but ever since I had my son he just seems to be overwhelmed and shows signs of anxiety. He needs a quiet home preferably with just adults. I want his last years to be stress free, he deserves the best.

Story
FREE to a good home. My sister is having to rehome her dogs. She's been doing it all as a single mom since her husband passed away last year and it has been hard to find the time and attention they need as well as a struggle physically and financially to care for them. They are both completely up to date on shots and super sweet. 🐾Delilah (black, 1.5 yr. old female) gets along well with kids and other dogs. She is going to have to surrender them to the humane society if she's unable to find them good homes. Delilah will come with her crate and bowls and some food.

Story
Blaine is a gentle soul who is looking for a patient and understanding home. He can be quite shy at first, especially with new people, but once he gets to know you, he'll shower you with affection. Blaine absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident canine companion to help him come out of his shell. While Blaine is still learning to trust humans, he is incredibly sweet and cuddly once he warms up to you. He loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch for pets and belly rubs. Blaine is crate trained and potty trained, making him a low-maintenance housemate. He is also a big fan of chew toys, which help keep him entertained and occupied. Blaine is easily startled and can be timid in new situations, so he would do best in a calm and quiet household. With time, patience, and lots of love, Blaine will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. Could you be the one to give Blaine the loving home he deserves? Bullet is an 8 year old mix. He has lots of energy and loves to be with his person. He is an extremely loyal dog who loves to be outdoors or just by his owner. Bullet loves to chase sticks, go to the beach. Walk/explore trails, and take car rides. He is good with other dogs and ok with cats he just acts like they don’t exist. He’s has never bitten anyone, but he is extremely uncomfortable around our almost 2 year old and it’s not fair to seclude him and he’s just very nervous and anxious around her.

Story
We are looking for a special home for Shoe, my seven-month-old Border Collie, who is energetic, intelligent, and needs an owner with experience handling dogs with a neurotic temperament. Shoe is a loving and loyal companion, but he has a highly active mind and requires consistent training and structure to help manage his energy and emotions. He thrives in an environment where he can receive dedicated time, mental stimulation, and training to support his development. Shoe would do best with someone who understands the needs of a working breed and is patient, experienced, and committed to helping him reach his potential. His ideal home would be with someone who has the time and resources to work on his training regularly, helping him learn to relax and providing him with structured outlets for his energy. With the right guidance, Shoe will flourish and make an amazing companion.
