Story
Junie, Australian Shepherd/Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 35 lbs. Junie is a very loving and loyal dog. She is the boss and loves keeping Cooper in line. She likes to go on walks and explore with him. She gets along with other dogs great, but she will growl when she has had her fill. She will not nip or bite. She is a bit more relaxed and laid back than Cooper, but still loves to play around with him. She also is a bit of an attention hog. She will stare through your soul until you acknowledge her. She is very in tune with human emotion and will snuggle with you when you are sad. She’s a very sweet soul. She also may be more human than dog. Cooper, Blue Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Cooper tends to be shy at first but warms up pretty quick. He has a lot of energy and loves playing with Junie going on walks and exploring with her. He LOVES attention. He is a very loving and loyal dog with the silliest personality. I think he may be more human than dog. He gets along with other dogs but does take a minute to acclimate to them. He loves to give kisses (I think he was a lizard in his past life…hahaha). They are a bonded pair. They have grown up together and I would hate to separate them. They are soulmates and I would love for them to stay together. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but they are so worth it! We are having to re-home them due to a move across the country. This means we will be living out of a small camper and traveling all over the southeast. I don’t feel that this is a fair life for my pups to live. They love to run and play and wouldn't get this freedom if they come with us.

Story
I have tried so hard not to have to rehome her. My husband is extremely allergic to her, he’s tried the allergy shots, I have an automatic vacuum and I get her deshedded. This is the last thing I want to do but I can’t hardly pet her and she has to stay downstairs with my mom. She deserves more and I want to find her a lovely home so all parties are happy. She is super sweet dog, loves walks, and is well behaved. Please consider adopting her. She’ll be an addition to your family and she will love you!

Story
Hazel is a sweet older dog (10 years) who we have had since she was a puppy. She loves to go on walks and play fetch, but also like a being lazy at home. She gets along well with our male dog but has always butted heads with our female dog (they've known each other her entire life). We think she'd do best in a home without other female dogs. We have a toddler and a newborn and have made the heart wrenching decision that we cannot handle her as a third dog anymore. She does fine with our toddler but startles easily so our toddler knows she is off limits for playing.

Story
Letif has come so far!!! He’s been in foster for 4 years and 3 months. He was a super shy feral little pup when he came in. He’s made so much progress! He loves to have you throw toys in the yard for him, and he sometimes brings it back! He really enjoys having time spent with him, but is a touch shy still. I would say mostly potty trained because he never goes on the inside of his kennel. He is a super happy dog! It looks like he is smiling a lot!! He’s done well with kids.He is a little more shy with men, but I think he would come around pretty quickly! Want a new happy best friend!? Apply to adopt him today on our website www.souldog.org. Bella a very sweet girl, who loves nothing more than to play and be with you once she settles in! She is a bit shy at first but warms up fast and is full of cuddles, play and love once she gets to know you!!! She does great with other dogs in her foster home, is non reactive around cats, and is doing great with crate training. Since she is just a youngster still, she will need a family with lots of patience and willingness to work with puppy training to help him gain some confidence and skills needed to become the best canine citizen she can be!

Oli, Border, Collie, 3 yrs., 45 lbs. Oli was abandoned on our land a couple of years ago. He has a very sweet and energetic personality. He has been gentle with my husband and I and our children. He loves to snuggle up and be pet. He can get a little nervous and skittish around people he doesn't know. He is crate trained. He is not house trained apart from being in the crate at night. He has very strong herding instincts. He does chase cats. He would do better as an only dog with someone home most of the time. He could do well with another dog if he received supervision and training. Someone with Border Collie experience would be ideal. Courtesy listing. Call Cindy 970-353-1385
