** Health Status ** - Is scheduled for tooth scaling. - Has some spinal stenosis, thus his gait is slightly unstable. However, his condition does not require surgery. - The surgery to remove the lump has been completed. The liver is inflamed and needs to be managed while the eyes have nuclear sclerosis. - He has a lipoma on his instep that has been bleeding, and is being watched carefully if there is continued bleeding. Meet Haesol❤️ After roaming for an unknown period of time, Haesol entered a local temple in search of food and refuge. Fortunately, the monks took good care of Haesol, but there were cats in the temple that they had tended, so they were unable to continue caring for him. Haesol was rescued thanks to the efforts of an Adogs volunteer who learned about the situation. * Toward People: Shows curiosity about strangers, even if they're new to him! Shows interest but doesn't enjoy being touched. Relaxes with familiar people. * Toward Dogs:He accepts doggy friends who come up to him rather than approaching first. He stays still when they approach rather than playing or reacting. * Separation Anxiety: He doesn't have separation anxiety in the house and usually sleeps even when he is with other dog friends. When he is confined to an unfamiliar place, such as a kennel or hotel room, he barks demandingly after about 10 minutes, but in his comfortable home, he doesn't bark at all. * Potty Training: He's good at peeing on a pad when he's at home, and he's good when he goes outside, but he prefers to do his poops outside. * Hygiene: Is terrified and dislikes bathing, either because he is not used to it or because of his hump on the body. * Walks: He walks well without pulling on the leash. Sometimes he goes where he wants to go, but if you give him a little tug on the leash, he will follow. * Car sickness: He doesn't like to ride in cars and sometimes barks. * He doesn't bark at all, except once in a while when the leash is tightened to show his discomfort. * He doesn't like to have his paws touched, so he barks and runs around, and he gets scared when there's a sudden loud noise, like a bus. * He has a calm and relaxed nature. At home, he is very relaxed and not very interested in toys. He is very curious and enjoys going for walks. 💙 Foster's Instagram: @easystar_imbo

Story
Meet Melon!! He is a gentle and affectionate boy who wants to be loved :) Behaviours from foster home : Melon is a bit shy, but he is a very sweet and a lovely boy who loves his people and want to be loved by his hoomans :) He can be a bit timid and shy at first time. It would be appreciated, if you could give him some time to get used to his new family and new environment ;) But, once he gets comfortable- he will shine and show his all the love to his pawrents :D He is good with other doggie friends, also he's never showed any aggressive behavior to other dogs. He even likes cat friends, even though they don't like him. haha~ He is great with kids. He might be afraid of male adult in the beginning, but he will get more comfortable with time. He is good with bathing and grooming. His shedding is about 5 out of 10, and his energy level is about 6 out of 10. Also, he is NOT a picky eater at all :) He is also good on his walk. He might get excited when he sees other doggie or cat friends, but once he passes them, he will be on his way. The things he likes are going for a walk, sllippers and hide and seek in the house :) He doesn't like when someone touches his hind foot, but he will get comfortable with time. He gets a little uncomfortable when people hold him, so he will appreciate gentle approach :) He is pee-pad trained 100%, but only with the artifical grass pad. He is not a big barker and he doen't have separation anxiety. Melon may be a bit shy and timid at first time, but he is such a sweetheart and he is very gentle and loving~ Would you be his loving pawrents? :) Allergy/health issues : He hasn't showed any allergy issue. He is a sweet, healthy boy!! :) *Please send all inquiries to @everlove8282. *Please submit your applications through the application form on our Instagram profile! Our team will carefully consider each of your applications to find the perfect forever homes for our dogs. *As all of our dogs are currently in South Korea, there will be an adoption fee of 700USD + customs fee (if applicable) for each dog.

Hallooo world. My name is HONNI (Honey), how do you do? Here is a bit of info about me:Breed: Australian Shepard/Canaan dog mixAge: 2 yrsGender: FemaleWeight: 20 kgHeight: tbdCountry of origin: LebanonHighlights: Loyal, Intelligent, Affectionate, Calm, Independent I am a faithful & chilled out girl, awaiting a family to adore and in which to bring joy. And don't you just love my unique markings?Rescuers heard me screaming and followed the sound. When they got closer, they saw a man hitting me with a wooden stick. I was crying out, desperate for help. My rescuers would not walk away from this ghastly cruel scene. Without hesitation, they came in and took me. People in the area were telling the man to either poison me or put me in a bag and throw me on the highway. Sadly, these are the horrors in my country.I had been through so much and I was terrified, but I somehow knew they were there to save me. Being I wS wearing a collar, showed I once had a home, but likely was abandoned. Life on the street was just as harsh, as my previous family.Despite everything though, I remain a sweet and friendly pup, so they named me Honey. You'll find me quite the intelligent pupper, as well as affectionate. I tend toward the calm and can be independent, so I should be able to entertain myself when you are busy. I hear something called a kong toy stuffed with peanut butter is a good distraction. SMILE. Some confidence building exercises should be included in my training regimen.Hoping we can enjoy some cuddles and adventures together. I await your calling my name. Please help me learn where to go in my new home. Health notes:I have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is $800.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver. Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in - at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. [MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East. [TURKEY] *Dogs receive 4D SNAP tests - which include: Heartworm, Ehrlichiosis, Leishmania and Anaplasmosis. ##2158697##

I am a young pup, so I do have a moderate amount of energy and love to eat (bring on the treats!)My 7 brothers and sisters and I were discovered abandoned at a local high school. Unfortunately, we were in rough shape when we were found, but our rescuers took good care and brought us back to health and helped fatten me up (I was a bit too skinny for my liking!).I am ready and excited to be matched with a forever family. I can’t wait to shower them with love and all the cuddles. I am young dude who loves to play with humans and other pups. I have a real sense of humour, and think I’m pretty funny, if I do say so myself.Since I am so little I have not yet attended puppy school and don’t have much practice on a leash, but am ready to learn! Hi. My name is Marco and here is some info about me: Breed: Miniature Austrailian ShepherdAge: 2 YearGender: MaleWeight:15 lbHeight: 15 inch Highlight(s): Good with other dogs, people, Nervouse around men and needs slow introduction Hello there! My name is Marco, and I am a 2-year-old miniature Australian Shepherd. I may be small, but I have a heart full of love and a gentle, sweet nature. Let me tell you a bit about my journey. I was bought as a puppy by a family who wanted a guard dog. Unfortunately, they didn’t realize just how tiny I would be. When they saw that I wasn’t going to grow into a large protector, they abandoned me in front of a shelter. It broke my heart to see my family leave me behind, but I try to stay positive. I am grateful to have a roof over my head and a safe place to stay, especially since the streets where I come from are dangerous for little dogs like me. Life at the shelter has been okay. I’ve made some wonderful furry friends and I love the humans here. Their attention and affection make my days brighter. Sadly, my original dad was not the nicest guy and as a result, I can be a little bit nervouse around men and require slow introduction.I dream of having my very own forever family someday, one that will love and care for me as much as I will for them. I imagine myself with my own bed, squeaky toys, and going on fun walks and hikes. Running after a ball and meeting new friends sounds like the best adventure ever! I’m a smart boy who listens well and learns quickly. I love to impress my humans and have been told that I don’t show any aggression or resource guarding. I just want to spread happiness with doggie kisses and joyful tail wags. Please consider giving me a chance. I may be small, but I promise to fill your life with love and joy. My heart is big, and I’m ready to share it with my forever family. I can’t wait to meet you! Energy Level: high requires daily physical activities. Story
My rescuer is trying to get me to Canada in December. Hoping I will have an adopter waiting by then, so I can come. Howdy. My name is PASHA and here is a little info about me:Breed: Australian Shepard/Canaan Dog mixAge: 1-1/2 yrsGender: maleWeight: 12 kgHeight 42 cmCountry of origin: TurkeyHighlight(s): active, playful, friendly,I am a very active little boy. Hoping you are an active family so we can have lots of fun adventures together.Sadly, though I am young, my short life was spent chained up. Only recently the farmer that chains me started allowing my rescuer to walk me. The highlight of my day is afternoon walks with her. The farmer has agreed to relinquish me to her. Yeah. My life is on the way up.I am very friendly and have a healthy appetite. While I am playful, I also enjoy going just cruising out for walks and learning all the new things there are out there. I can be fearful of people encountered when out on a walk, especially if fast, large movements are made. This should improve, once I know I will no longer be hurt. I was likely mistreated/beaten by my former owner.Socializing is something I am learning to do with other dogs and how to walk on leash. I have been walking on the leash now for about one month. At the moment, I pull initially, but then settle down after about 15 minutes, likely because I am chained up all day snd excited for my walk. UPDATE: My resxuer says I am walking really well on the lead now. Smart and willing to learn boy am I.I am finding out what it means to be a dog that is loved. Are you ready to love me? My cute face says please. Energy Level: highI get along with:Dogs: yes: https://youtu.be/sltIWo1KkfUCats: unknownKids: unknown Fears: I cower easily if my leash is pulled or you make large movements. Story
Bodie is a spirited and exuberant dog, always eager to play and explore. His enthusiasm is contagious, he approaches each day with a wagging tail and some barking. However, his strong personality means that he can be a bit dog reactive, making him a better fit for experienced dog owners who understand the needs of a Border Collie and can provide him with the proper training and socialization. As Bodie is a Border Collie, he is naturally incredibly agile and athletic. He loves to run, jump, catch frisbees and engage in any other activity that challenges his mind and body. He is a very quick learner, and he thrives on mental stimulation. He will need to be kept busy with puzzle toys and interactive games to keep him happy. While Bodie’s energy and intelligence make him a wonderful companion, his dog reactivity may be challenging. He is not suitable for households with children or with inexperienced dog owners who would struggle to manage his strong-willed nature. He will need to be the only pet in the household as he displays resource guarding towards other dogs. With the right guidance and consistent training, Bodie can learn to navigate his surroundings with more confidence. Bodie's vibrant spirit and zest for life remind those around him to embrace every moment with enthusiasm! With the right owner who can provide structure and love, Bodie has the potential to be an incredible companion. He is more than ready to leave shelter life behind and wants to embark on some new adventures! Please be aware that Bodie is available only to a breed knowledgeable and experienced home, or for a herding specific rescue to pull him from the shelter.
