Bernice is very smart and is food motivated. Bernice walks well on a leash and would make a great hiking dog. She loves doing zoomies in the back and takes a long nap afterward. Bernice is incredibly quiet and has only barked at her foster home once when she heard something in the front yard. Although she can be a little timid at first, Bernice quickly warms up with a bit of patience, kindness, and treats. However, she would do best in a home without cats.
