Pepper is a 2 year old, 39 lb female that is one of the best adult dogs we’ve had in our rescue. She was picked up by animal control in the south Texas area with her puppies. No rescuers wanted all black puppies and a medium sized momma dog. The shelter was about to euthanize her when we stepped up for all of them. The foster listed all of this for Pepper: - Walks amazing on a leash - Sits on command - Very smart, easily trainable - House broken - Very friendly to everyone she meets - Loves other dogs - Super Sweet - Quiet in a crate through the night - Rides great in a car - Not a chewer or destructive, very relaxed inside and when left alone - Loves treats - Very Gentle - Does not jump - Very attention motivated - Aims to please her people - Couch dog, very chill - Would be great for children - Perfect girl Pepper is fully vetted – Spayed, heart worm negative, current on vaccinations, current on preventions, dewormer, microchipped and will receive a certificate of health from a vet giving her a clean bill of health prior to receiving her. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Edward is a full on, breathtakingly beautiful dog. A real show stopper! His gorgeous coat just shimmers in the sun. Not just a beauty king, he makes it even better with his extra sweet temperament. He has been bred to be a friendly, good dog. Perfect for a very best friend and family dog. When he has met other dogs, he has wanted to play and has been very good with all he has met. He is quite young, at only 7 months old, so he is the perfect age for you to teach him everything you want him to know. You can see from his expression in his picture that his eyes shine with intelligence, so the learning should be fun for both of you. He should have many, many years to love you with all his heart. He has been completely vet checked and declared 'perfect' in addition to having all his shots. Ready to play with your new family member? She truly wants to please all the time and at only 7 months old, is eager and ready to learn for a lifetime of trust and companionship. A happy dog, she will bring smiles to your face every day.
