Meet Ronda!Ronda is a sweet, playful gal who may be a little shy at first—but give her a few days, and she’ll blossom into your new best friend. She’s an active pup who loves to run around and is learning to play fetch (though sometimes she gets so excited she forgets to bring the toy back!). Ronda is adjusting wonderfully to life outside the shelter. She’s mostly potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go out, but if she can’t hold it, she’ll use potty pads. She gets so excited to play outside that she sometimes needs a gentle reminder that it’s also potty time. Walks are still a little intimidating for her, but with patience and encouragement, she’s learning that they can be fun. Ronda is a Kelpie mix, though on the smaller side—she may even have some Chihuahua in her. No matter her mix, she’s a lovable, playful companion who is eager to bond with her forever family. She would do best in a home without young children. Slow introductions to other dogs are best, and while she’s still figuring out cats, she knows to leave them alone when told. About Luke Luke is a very loving, almost 4-year-old dog. I adopted him when he was 12 weeks old from a rescue that saved his mom and litter. He has been a wonderful part of our family ever since. Luke has lots of love and energy and would thrive with a family or individual who has the time to play with him and give him attention. He would do best in a home with a yard where he can run around and burn off his energy. He gets along great with both big and small dogs and has been wonderful with my one-year-old child, though like many energetic dogs he doesn’t always realize how big he is. Luke is house trained and crate trained, and his crate is his safe space. He loves attention, cuddles, and being around people. He has no medical issues. He does have a slightly sensitive stomach, so he does best on a low-fat gastrointestinal dog food that keeps his tummy happy. We are looking for a very loving and well-suited home where Luke will get the time, attention, and activity he deserves
