Story
Wally is an all around farm dog who loves to run and feel the wind on his face. Goofy boy is a little stand offish at first with other dogs but warms up quick. Would do best with 12yo+ kids. Has been fostering at a farm and does well with ducks, chickens, goats and horses. House trained, a very good boy.

Story
Foxy is a very sweet dog who will thrive in the right home. She is well behaved in the house and is good about staying off furniture/doesn’t chew things that aren’t hers. She loves to hang out and watch tv but loves to walk and play fetch. She is 9 years old, 30 lbs and very healthy. She sheds some but she loves to be brushed. She does not do well with other animals or small children. She’s currently staying with my parents who have another dog so we are looking into other options. We love her very much and would be willing to bring her near or far for the right home.

Story
Say hello to Mutt Damon (AKA Sylvester)! This sweet boy is an Australian Cattle Dog mix and approximately 4 years old. At 50 pounds, he’s a medium sized boy who will miss no opportunity to be a lap dog! There are very few things that Mutt Damon hates aside from watching you play Mario Kart and his crate! He can be coaxed into his crate with treats but doesn’t enjoy staying for very long. Since being in rescue, he’s proven to be a very good boy who does well outside of the crate at night and when home alone. He’s been known to bark occasionally when his people leave or come home and prefers to see them throughout the day. For this reason, Mutt Damon may not be a candidate for shared walls. Mutt Damon is the perfect hiking buddy and is always ready for adventure! He requires a medium level of activity and enjoys long walks each day. A fenced yard would be ideal to help burn off extra energy but this is not a requirement. Mutt Damon hasn’t had long interactions with other dogs yet but he is very eager to make furry friends on walks. He is careful and respectful of their boundaries when they meet. For this reason, it’s likely he would do well in a home with other dogs. He’s not yet met a cat and we aren’t sure how he’d react. A cat meet and greet may be necessary prior to adoption. As far as kids go, we aren’t sure how he would react. When he gets excited, he has a tendency to be a bit jumpy and mouthy. For this reason, young children may not be ideal for Mutt Damon.Mutt Damon’s ready to meet his forever family! With lots of love and a consistent home to hang out in, he will be the ultimate best friend anyone could ask for. If you’re interested in learning more about Teddy and think he might be a good fit, fill out an application using the link below to learn more! Whoever becomes his family will be lucky they did.https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $450. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown.Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.

Jazz DOB December, 2023 Breed: Heeler mix Kennel trained: Yes Dog friendly: Yes Weight:: 30 to 35 pounds Neutered: yes Microchipped: yes Vaccinated: yes Fence required: yes Jazz has an amazing rescue story, picked up in the nick of time with his friend Blues, mangy and starving but together. Jazz is the sweetest boy, if a bit shy. Once he's ready, he leans right in! Jazz can be adopted by himself but if the right adopter would take Jazz and Blues together, we'd run a Two-fer special. They are VERY sweet together and they're both easy, loving, gentle dogs. To meet a dog, apply at emotionalrescuedogs.org ##2226264##

Smudge is one girl from a foster litter of eight puppies that are 1/2 Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog), 1/4 Lab, and 1/4 Carolina Dog. Their parents are medium-sized, between 40 and 45 pounds. These little ones have proven themselves to be energetic, sweet, and always ready for puppy kisses! Each puppy will receive: - First set of shots - Deworming treatment - Early Neurological Stimulation - Early Scent Introduction - Socialization since birth - Litter training since 3 weeks for an easier transition to the outdoors - Beginning crate training - Exposure to various sights, sounds, and textures - Personality testing at 7 weeks
