Meet Mister! Mister came to CCHS as a stray earlier this January from the Granton area. This stunning, 2-year-old Red Heeler mix currently weighs 44.2lbs of goofiness! While we can't for certain what his life was like before, however we believe that Mister might have been a farm dog prior to ending up with us, as he didn't seem to understand what leashes, or even what a collar, was for! Mister is a super smart guy and is a quick learner; just always looking for a job to do! Our hope for Mister is to get him back to the farm life, as we do believe he would be happiest in that environment. While he has a touch of that Heeler energy to him, he'd rather use it all giving you kisses! Chicken came in with a torn nail, so he is currently being treated with medication to help heal that right up!
