Story
Hello, this happy girl is Lucy! We are currently fostering her due to her owner having medical issues and can no longer care for her. We believe she is a heeler mix, approximate age of 9. She has been an indoor companion for the past 6 years and just wants to be by people. She likes to play fetch and returns the ball. We are continuing to walk her on the leash but she does still pull. She just needs someone who can work with her on that. She is great with our dog, but is unknown if she gets along with cats. She is not a chewer, but loves chew toys and filled bones.

Story
Meet Dee Dee-the lovable, snuggly sidekick you've been dreaming of! This sweet girl is all about affection and will happily stick by your side, especially if belly rubs are involved. She's been fantastic with kids (ages 8 and 12) and loves a good mix of playing, cuddling, and hanging out on the couch. Food? That's Dee Dee's love language! She'll eagerly camp out by the food cabinet waiting for treats and absolutely adores chewing on bones and bully sticks. When it's time to wind down, she's a pro in her crate-she settles in without a fuss and sleeps through the night like a champ. Dee Dee enjoys lounging outside, but don't expect her to love the rain! A fenced yard would be perfect for her to safely explore, but is not required. She does have a bit of a bunny-chasing habit, so a home without cats or small pets is best. When it comes to other dogs, Dee Dee can be a bit selective, so slow introductions are key-or better yet, she'd be thrilled to be your one and only! Though Dee Dee is always excited for a walk, she's still working on her leash manners, especially around other dogs and loud noises. She's a perfect match for a family who can offer a bit of training, lots of love, and a dash of patience. Ready to make Dee Dee part of your family? Apply now and give this wonderful girl the forever home she deserves!

Story
We have had Chico since he was a baby, my mother bought him for my eldest, and he ended up my responsibility lol. He is supposedly a red healer and he is a bundle of energy. He is constantly around my 4 kids (a teen, twin 8 year olds, and a five year old). He was a covid dog though so he isn't very socialized with lots of people or animals. My mom lives with us and she has a small dog that he gets along with fine. He really does need someone who will socialize him as I just do not have the time. He needs a family with a yard that is fenced. I do not have the money or permission to install a fence on my property and he is a runner. He has so much energy and just wants to run around. I have to walk him on a leash cause he slips out of every type of tie out I have tried, there for every time i open the door without putting him in his kennel first he is off!!! He has come to taking that as play time and has turned me getting him back into a game. He loves to ride in the car!
