Story
Hi there! I'm Garrett, a 5-month-old heeler/lab mix, and I'm searching for my forever home! I'm a curious pup who takes a moment to warm up to new people and sounds, but I love to explore and learn new tricks (I catch on fast!). Whether it's chasing toys or getting belly rubs, I'm always up for some fun. After all the excitement, I'm the best snuggle buddy you could ask for. If you're looking for a loyal, adventurous friend, I'm ready to be your new best pal. Could you be my forever family? Let's make it happen! Garret is being fostered in Stevens Point, WI and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $350, plus a $100 deposit that you will get back once you submit proof of neuter, so $450 at time of adoption. If you're interested in learning more about Garrett, go and fill out an application at www.lastpawrescue.org and when it asks which animals you're interested in, simply say Garrett. "501(c) 3 approved WI Agriculture license number 285589-DS."

He sleeps well in his crate but will happily nap snuggled up at your side too. Tank wants nothing more than to please his people so while he does love treats, he’s just as happy with a head scratch and “good boy”. He has good recall because he never wants to be too far from his people! He’s great with other dogs. He has his bouts of puppy energy but otherwise is content going on short walks and following his people around the house. He’s a smart pup and caught on to sit, shake, lay down, spin around and wait very quickly. Tank would make a great addition to any home!

Story
Freckles is an active guy who fancies himself a high jumper. Sometimes when he is playing, it's almost like he has springs in his legs. He wants to impress you with his skill and athletic ability though he can get carried away and jumps on people sometimes. He comes when called and enjoys being with people. He is looking for a home with an active family. He is looking for a buddy who will go hiking with him, be his Frisbee partner, and teach him new tricks. If he sounds like a match for your family, fill out an adoption form today; www.hsnei.org/adoptabledogs!!
