Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Betty is a lovable 2.5 year old, 40-lb Red Heeler mix with a perfect blend of playful energy and sweet, snuggly charm. She adores her people, so expect a warm (and very excited!) greeting when you walk through the door! This girl loves to wrestle and chase her foster sister, and her zoomies are a joy to watch. But she also knows how to settle down and relax, making her an easy companion for both active moments and quiet evenings. Betty enjoys walks, treats, and belly rubs—basically, anything that involves being near her humans. She gets along with most dogs, but may be a little too playful for small breed, older, or laid-back dogs. Betty would be just as happy as an only dog, so she could get all of her people's attention, as long as she gets enough exercise. She is potty trained and sleeps through the night on a cozy bed near her people. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, and spirited companion, Betty is ready to steal your heart. Fill out an application to meet her and see for yourself!

Story
Trenton is a 2-year-old neutered male Heeler/Hound mix with handsome red and white coloring and beautiful speckling that makes him just as unique as his personality. He came from a situation where there were many dogs and limited positive human interaction, so he is still learning how to build confidence and trust with people.Trenton has already made great progress and continues to improve every day. He is starting to seek out human affection more and more, showing just how much he wants to connect—he just needs a little time and patience to fully come out of his shell. Once he feels safe, he has the potential to form a strong and loyal bond with his people. He is doing much better on a leash and has really begun to enjoy going for walks. Walks are becoming a great way for him to build confidence and explore the world at his own pace. He is also very treat-motivated, which makes him a great candidate for training with positive reinforcement.Trenton would do best in a calm home without young children, where the environment is quiet and predictable so he can continue to gain confidence. When meeting other dogs on leash, he has seemed okay with gentle, respectful dogs, but he can show some barrier reactivity and may be selective about his canine companions. Because of this, a meet and greet will be required for any dogs already in the home.Trenton would likely thrive in a house with a secure yard where he can safely explore, stretch his legs, and continue building confidence at his own pace. With the right patient and understanding family, Trenton has all the potential to blossom into a devoted, affectionate companion.

Story
Thumper is a 4.5-year-old neutered male Retriever/Heeler mix with a striking red and white coat and a personality just as bold and handsome as his looks! This sweet, playful boy loves being outside and truly thrives when he has space to stretch his legs. Whether it’s exploring the backyard, soaking up the sunshine, or heading out for an adventure, Thumper is happiest when he’s on the move. He really enjoys taking walks and is great on a leash, making him a wonderful walking buddy.Thumper can be a little talkative at times — he’s not shy about sharing his thoughts! It just adds to his charm and expressive personality. Treats are absolutely the way to his heart, and he lights up when he knows a snack is coming his way.Thumper was surrendered after an altercation with an alpha male dog in his previous home, during which the owner was accidentally nicked while trying to separate them. However, the owner also shared that Thumper has always done well at the dog park and has gotten along with most dogs he’s met. While in our care, he has continued to show that he can be dog friendly. Because of his history, we feel he would do best in a home with female dogs or more submissive males, and a meet and greet will be required to ensure the best fit. Please don’t let one moment define him—Thumper has shown us time and time again that he is a wonderful, loving dog who just needs the right environment to thrive.Due to his energy level and play style, Thumper would do best in a home with a fenced-in backyard and older children who can match his enthusiasm. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful companion who loves the outdoors and is ready for his next chapter, Thumper may be the perfect match for you.

Maple came to Humane Tomorrow when she was only one week old, along with her Mom and nine littermates. She is now 10 weeks old and ready to be adopted! Maple was born without a front left paw, but foster mom says that doesn't slow her down much. She loves to toss her toys up in the air and catch them, and she enjoys running around the backyard. She gets along with the other dogs and the cat in her foster home. Maple is super sweet. She will follow foster mom around the house and take naps in her lap. She sleeps through the night in her crate and is working on potty training. If you are looking for a running or walking partner, she would love to ride along in a stroller! Fir is one of our "tree themed" puppies. He came to Humane Tomorrow when he was only one week old, along with his Mom and nine littermates. He didn't even have his eyes open at that time! Fir is now 2.5 months old and is a fluffy cutie with blue eyes. He loves playing with his littermates and toys, but he is pretty laid back for a big puppy. Story
Olive came to Humane Tomorrow when she was only one week old, along with her Mom and nine littermates. She didn't even have her eyes open at that time! Olive is now three months old and is a fluffy beauty! Big question - will that left ear stand up too, and when?? Foster mom says that she has a sweet temperament and loves to cuddle. She will work her way up to sit at the top of the couch, near your shoulder, like a parrot! She likes to play and can entertain herself. She will throw the ball up in the air and run to catch it. Olive is very smart and is already learning commands. She sleeps through the night in her crate, unless her foster parents can't resist and let her sleep in bed with them! She is working on her potty training and making progress every day. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you,
