Story
Momma was found pregnant at the River off of Hwy 224 just outside of Commerce Texas along with a younger female dog that looked to be a puppy from a previous litter or a younger sister. She had her puppies and we have been finding them homes. She now needs care and a forever home. We haven't had her around kids or other animals but we have picked her up and also had her around other adults with no issues. She is very active and a sweet young dog. We would love to have her find a home with the dog she was picked up with if possible so they can stay together. I can provide you with photos of the younger dog as well.

Story
Bingo is a young adult, neutered male Heeler type mix. He came to Redstone missing the lower half of his back leg from a very old injury. He underwent a formal surgical amputation and recovered very well from this. He was also heartworm positive and has completed treatment.  Through Bingo's medical care process, he has been exposed to car trips, new people, new places, and a lot of hands on interaction. He has come a very long way from the drastically undersocialized dog that first arrived, but he will need management regarding socialization as he adjusts further. He was not a feral dog coming to us and has lived in a home before, he just did not have socialization beyond that.  He requires a quiet home and would do best with someone that just needs a couch buddy. He enjoyes being out in the sun from time to time, but all he really desiers is a bed in a nice quiet place to curl up in. He is good with other dogs, but mostly chooses to keep to himself.  Bingo is crate trained and house trained. He has been neutered and treated for heartworm disease, he is on monthly heartworm/flea/tick prevention, he has been dewormed, he is microchipped with lifetime registration, vaccinated, and he is ready to be placed in a loving home.  Petfinder: Please visit RedstoneHuskyRescue.org/adopt for adopton profile and application.  ##1816448##

Will pay for all vaccinations and neutering or any medical expense needed to adopt. Spud is 3 years old, i got him in a past relationship. He is cautious around people or things he doesnt know. But as soon as a toy is involved he makes friends easily. Also responds to positive reinforcement. Not aggressive. Very calm, but playful. I have a busy schedule and can't care for him properly. He is a very loving dog.

Story
LOOKING FOR ADOPTIVE HOME ASAP IN THE NE/CO/WY/SD   PHIN     Located in Dalton, NE Blue Heeler/Cattle Dog Age: young  Dog friendly Cat friendly  Kid friendly Appears to be potty trained  Fully Vetted  25-30 ish poinds    Phin was abandoned in March tied to a swingset at a farm in the Gurley area. Farm owner came home and SURPRISE!!   They thought they could find a home for him but have been unsuccessful. He is now in boarding/shelter and he HATES it. The situation is NOT at all what a dog like Phin needs. He’s going a bit crazy and it’s causing problems so he needs a home to fit his needs NOW! This is in no way about Phin being bad, this is about Phin needing a home that can give him what he was bred for. Confinement is not it.  Phin is a sweet sweet dog. He seems to love people and dogs and cats. He does well in a crate. He potties only outside in the kennel but he has access 24/7.  He’s well mannered and gentle and does listen well. He is neutered and will be updated on his shots next week (and we can better assess age at that time).    Phin needs a home ASAP. This is not, for his well being, something that we can wait on.    Please contact us if interested or have questions.    To Contact Us Message the Page  Facebook Message Cilena Dueker TEXT Cilena at 308-249-4308 Fill out our Adoption Application at https://www.highplainspaw.org/adoption-application Fill out our Foster Application at  https://www.highplainspaw.org/foster-application Email us at highplainspaw@gmail.com   $200.00 Adoption Fee   (The $200.00 is considered a nonrefundable donation and being we are a 501c3 organization it is tax deductible. The fee itself is not negotiable, our vets don't negotiate and thus neither do we).   WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY ALL OUR DOGS ARE LOCATED IN FOSTER HOMES. This means there is no place for you to go in person to view our dogs. We ask that an application be filled out and we will go from there!   We do ALLOW out of state adoptions, HOWEVER the adopter MUST pick the dog up in person and DRIVE or FLY (IN CABIN ONLY) the dog back at the adopters expense. We do NOT coordinate transport.    by Cilena  ##2220467##

Story
My name is Bob! I’m a very distinguished Senior, 45 pound male Red Heeler/Australian Cattle Dog. Bob found his way to TBC when his previous owner passed away. He has settled into life here at the ranch, but we are sure he would rather be at home with a new family. Bob is a volunteer favorite. See photo with Lauren his favorite volunteer, too! Red Heelers are loyal and playful dogs make excellent family dogs, and their alertness and energy also makes them great working dogs. They are a loyal and sweet-natured dog that loves to be by their owners side. They adore human interaction and playtime and because of their high intelligence they are very focused pups.Bob has a lot to offer a family. He is so sweet and just wants to hang out with his people. In short, Bob is a VERY happy boy!If you would like to adopt this sweet furbaby, please complete our pre-qualification application at this link: https://bit.ly/2CCVFPV#AdoptDontShop #TBCAnimalRescue

Story
Charlie is a beautiful Red Heeler mix breed that is looking for a furever home and a fresh start to life. He can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. He is a staff favorite and loves to walk on the leash as well. He is affectionate once he gets to know you and loyalty is his nature. He was born around September of 2015.Charlie was living with a homeless man that eventually found a place to live that did not allow dogs. Thankfully one of our supporters found out about him and brought him to us.Charlie is typical Heeler, he wants to be a family dog but tends to bond best with one man/one woman. They often do not tolerate strangers and will guard his family well. He is housetrained and prefers to live with a girl dog for best harmony. If you would like to adopt this sweet furbaby, please complete our pre-qualification application at this link: https://bit.ly/2CCVFPV#AdoptDontShop #TBCAnimalRescue
