If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Meet Poppins – Ready to Find His Forever Home!Poppins is a sweet, energetic pup who's ready to find a loving home! He’s about 1 year and 4 months old and weighs around 53 lbs. As a large breed, he’s one of our longer-term residents, so while his adoption fee is normally $300, we can be flexible — you’re welcome to name your own fee! He currently enjoys spending time with another dog his size here at the facility — they love to play together the whole time they are outside with each other! If you’re ready to open your heart to a loyal, playful companion, Poppins would love to meet you!We do not see these animals in home settings so we cannot guarantee if they are housebroken or not.On intake we: spay/neuter, microchip, update all vaccinations, a blood/fecal sample (if anything comes out positive we treat it), on a flea/tick and heartworm prevention and we give a free wellness exam 7-10 days from the day of adoption. You must live within an hour of our facility and be at least 21 or older in order to adopt. Do you have any questions? Would you like to schedule an appointment?

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Mariah is still available. Her adoption fee is $300, but we’re flexible and happy to let you name your own fee. She’s about 3 years old and weighs around 34 lbs. She does need to gain some weight, as she came to us underweight after being surrendered by a homeless owner who had several other dogs.Despite her rough start, Mariah is a very sweet girl. She gets along well with the dog she currently goes outside with and has a gentle, friendly temperament.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether they are housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age-appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility. If you would like to meet with her, please let us know and we can set an appointment. Thank you!!

Story
Indie is a sweet girl. She has been our best pup since she was a puppy - we trained her to do tricks, she is kennel trained but doesn’t need it anymore. She loves to run and play fetch, she loves outside and making friends, both human and other pups. She can be a little shy at first, sometimes anxious and nervous with certain sounds like trash bags or balloons. But overall she is very calm and happy girl! We have loved her sooo much, but in this season we just can’t give her the attention she needs. My two year old daughter grew up with her and we don’t want to break up their friendship but I can tell the babies are making her more sad. With crying and screaming, it can be a lot for her. Probably a good situation would be school aged kids and older. If you give her scratches on her belly, treats and play time you are her best friend. We are moving in a month so we really need to get her rehomed soon.
