Moo is a fun and energetic girl. She is extremely smart and loves to be loved. She needs to be in a house where she is the main priority and has a yard to run. Her leg was broken from the negligence of someone so she can be a little timid but once she warms up she is the best pup! She does not get along with animals that are smaller than her.

Story
Bonnie was left in our neighborhood with no collar and a little bit of food. We saw on facebook that another family fostered her and were unable to keep her so we took her in to make sure we found her a home. She is a red heeler mix and ~45 lbs. She is crate and potty trained and knows basic commands like sit and come here. We have her crate at the foot of our bed and she sleeps soundly through the night even when we get up. She also does great in the crate throughout the work day - we try not to leave her for more than five hours and let her out for 30 minutes at lunch each day. She is also a great independent player if you give her a dog toy. Bonnie walks well on a leash, but is a little protective when she sees other dogs. She warms up to other dogs when given time to interact with them off leash. She is up to date on all vaccines and is spayed. Bonnie is a sweet girl who will light up a home. We can't keep her as we are both on the go and travel for work.

Story
This girl is 26 pounds of energy and love. She had to be captured by the local animal control officer and was prettified. She was lunging and growling and very upset. But something in her eye just pleaded for me to help her. So I picked her up from the shelter and brought her home where George (our cat) helped me show her that humans and other animals are good. George helped her calm down and let her guard down and after about an hour she was giving me lots of kisses. She is hilarious and is definitely a lover. She may need a couple of minutes to feel safe, but once she does, she is glued to you. She is extremely smart, loves to go for rides, walks and hikes or any adventure (we went kayaking) She prefers not to be left alone as she does have some separation anxiety. This little girl is ready for her happily ever after. Please visit funnyfarmpets.org to read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption process works. Her adoption fee is $325 and if transport is necessary that is an additional $200 We are hoping to find her someone local to TN. She is a special girl who will need a special mom or dad to navigate through her fears. I may end up writing a book about her as she has given me lots of great stories.
