Great dog, who knows basic all obedience and some advanced obedience he just doesn't have what it takes to be a service dog. House broke, crate trained, fetch, walks well on the leash. Would do best in a home with other dogs or children. Looking for a local adopter, with a fenced-in yard. Adoption includes additional training

Story
We think this cute girl is a mix between a red heeler and some sort of terrier. She is only around 25lbs and still spunky. She has energy and loves to play. She is great with other dogs. She sometimes tries to chase the cat in her foster home. She was mainly kept outside, so if you want her to be an indoor dog, she still needs a little work with her potty training. She would also do great with activity toys when you're gone so she doesn't get bored.

Story
Trouve is the sweetest girl! She has been with us about 3 weeks and has settled into our family nicely. She loves her people and enjoys snuggling. She plays well with our Rat Terrier mix and has enjoyed meeting our neighbors. She is looking for her permanent family. Could it be you?Trouve details1-2 years old25 poundsFriendly and lovable to all people that she has metLoves to play and be with our dogNo exposure to cats, so don't know about thatCrate trained and sleeps quietly in it all night. Goes right in with no trouble. Sometimes goes in it on her own during the day to restHousetrainedFostered in Knoxville.Trouvè is such a sweet girl! She loves everyone she meets. Very smart and want to please, already learned sit, down, shake. Walks great on a leashSweet Trouvè is looking for her forever family. 1-2 years old, good with everyone she has met, crate and house trained. I tried to show her coloring in the close up. Her eyelashes and whiskers on the brown side of her face are dark. The eyelashes and whiskers on the white side are white. It is the cutest thingTrouvé is about 18 months old. She weighs 25 lbs and is suspected to be a Heeler-Jack Mix. She is crate trained and house trained. She knows a couple of commands.  She is obsessed with toys and loves to play. She is high energy - not a cuddle bug at least yet - but she has been through a lot, so that's understandable. Found by our behavior vet in Johnson City, TN. The owners were found and admitted to abandoning her. She has been recently vetted and spayed. Trouvé is a dream and Doc would love to keep her but has 2 older dogs in the home who are grumpy and have vetoed this as an option. Trouvé means "found" in French. Maybe you prefer Truvee like Dolly Parton's character in Steel Magnolias? Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters. The application is the first step. Story
Why isn't she adopted yet? She's the perfect pup when she's at home, just not always so perfect at PetCo.Rana was dumped in someone's yard who brought her to MARF to find her a home. She a sassy little girl who bosses the big dogs around in the foster home, since she is a HERDING BREED MIX of Blue Heeler and who knows what?!She is full of love and energy to spare, stays right with the foster mom as she walks the farm checking on the horses, goats and chickens, which she has interacted with but does not bother. She is house and crate trained, knows the word NO, and comes when she is called. She loves to play outside with the other dogs in the foster home, so must have a securely fenced yard to play and potty in, along with another playful dog in the home to play with. She loves her dog toys, her chew bones and will bring you a toy.She is highly intelligent, easily trained, easy to handle (according to the foster mom) and won't get past a medium sized dog.Foster mom says she is "the perfect puppy to foster". She gets a little bossy at Petco, trying to be Alpha, so be aware, that she cannot be with another Alpha in the home and make sure you know the herding breed. They HERD! She is great with the foster's granddaughter (but they are also used to herders). She is FULLY VETTED and her adoption fee is SPONSORED.Apply at Madisonarf.org

Story
My name is Tyler Brennan. My wife, Melanie, and I recently welcomed our first child into our home. Unfortunately, our dog, Sandy Par, goes by Sandy, is unable to overcome her natural instincts and we are in need of surrendering her to a new home. Sandy was rescued from the Huntsville Animal Shelter in October of 21'. We were told she was around 2 at that time. Sandy is a very smart dog, a great companion, crate trained, and definitely a worker. She loves going on long walks, playing, and her space. She would be a great fit for an active individual or childless family or a home with some acreage where she can run. We can provide the new family with her crates, toys, food and medicine. If there is space available please contact me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx or Melanie at (xxx) xxx-xxxx .

Story
Meet Panda a handsome mixed breed dog who's looking for a loving home. Panda was moved to a foster home from our local shelter after spending 11 months there.  She is appx 2 years old, full of energy, and is very affectionate. Panda is good with other dogs and loves to play.  Her foster mom says she has never met a sweeter dog!  She is easy to walk on leash.  Panda has a kennel with indoor/outdoor area and she always goes out to potty, so we think she would be housebroken if staying indoors. Panda is looking for a family or special person all her own who can provide her with lots of love, attention, and exercise. She is very smart and eager to please.  She would do well in an environment where she can receive guidance and training. Panda has been waiting patiently for almost a year to find her forever people.  Could you be her forever person? ##2175394##
