Story
Ellie is a sweet girl. She just turned two on Jan 20th. She is extremely active and LOVES playing fetch. She loves the ball more than anything else. She is extremely kind and loving towards every human that she has interacted with. Unfortunately she does not get along with other dogs. I took her in because the previous owner was going to put her down for being aggressive with her other dogs. Unfortunately I now meet the same fate. She is aggressive with my other dog. Ellie would be perfect in a household with no other pets. At least no other dogs. I haven’t seen her with any other animals to know how she would react. She would also prefer an active household or a household with a lot of land. She is a working job and needs a task. We play fetch with her for multiple hours a day, and she is still not tired. I really hope that Ellie can find her forever home. Something that I thought that I could provide her with. She deserves all the love in the world. I love this dog so much 😭

Story
NAME: Rosie COLOR: Beige, gray, tan B’DAY: Dec. 2020 TEMPMENT: Energenic WEIGHT: 55 lbs HUMANS: Good; CHILDREN: Over 12 yrs and respectful to animals PETS: good with cats and dogs VETTING: Fully vetted, HW neg and spayed CONTACT: Silverrescue@gmail.com Rosie is a sweet girl. She loves everyone. Because she is so loving we don't really understand why she keeps being overlooked. Rosie is happiest when she can be her person’s shadow, working in the garden, going for a walk in the park, riding in the car to the feedstore or the car mechanic. She’s never been in a canoe. Wouldn’t that be nice. She just wants to be with her person. That’s all. She's also good with dogs and cats. She reads situations well and quickly adjusts and respects her fellow pet companions. She loves children but they must be over 12 to withstand her exuberance when she wants to hug them. Rosie has been through obedience school and knows her basic commands of come, sit, stay, down, leave it and no through she loses focus when something exciting happens. Her vetting is up to date, heartworm negative and spayed. She is crate trained and house and pottie trained. Rosie will be adopted to an inside forever home only. Family must own home. No rentals please. Fence required. If she is to be a companion to another dog it should be a male dog. We require personal and vet references and a homevisit. The adoption fee of $250 is used to save the next abandoned pet like Rosie. For Rosie’s application please contact SilverRescue@gmail.com

Staffordshire Terrier COLOR: Black & White AGE: Born Dec 2020 WEIGHT: Approx 55 lbs TEMPMT: Active, Happy, Playful HUMANS: Great KIDS: Children Above 12 yrs old PETS: Good with Dogs; Cats-Unknown VETTING: Fully Vetted, spayed, Healthy CONTACT: SilverRescue@gmail.com Please read about Layla here: Layla is a beautiful, lively, fun loving girl. She loves going for walks and play with dogs whose company she enjoys. She is probably to playful for cats so we don't recommend her to be adopted to cats. She loves her people and just wants to be with them above all. Children should be 12 yrs old or older because she's just a little to active for small children. Layla lives well in her foster home but she is ready for her own forever family. We are looking for an inside forever home. Must own home. No rentals please. Fence required. Application process includes: application, references, vet checks, home check. Adoption donation of $250 will be used to help other dogs in need. Story
We took Bandit in when he was 10 weeks old. He was found on the side of the road with his sister. He is a heeler and requires a lot of exercise. He loves to swim, chase (and chew) the ball, and good belly rubs. He is 45 lbs, lanky and strong. He knows some commands (sit, high-5, go get the toy/ball, go for a ride in the car, hungry). He is very loyal, can be trusted to stay with you in the yard off leash. He is a protector. A sweet personality, and can adorably play on his own. He does well at the dog park. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. Unfortunately he has become aggressive at home with our other dog. Our 8-yo basset had five wounds from a recent attack. Bandit needs a home with no other dogs, no cats, with a yard to run in, and an owner who is committed to providing all of the great care this sweet boy requires. This is a very hard decision but we believe it is our last option in order to protect our other dog.

Story
Meet Kiwi Slice, or Kiki as we affectionately call her, a sweet Blue Heeler mix with a heart of gold. Kiki absolutely loves her people, though she might take a moment to warm up to new faces. This shy girl is still working on building her confidence, but once she trusts you, she'll be your most loyal companion. Kiki is looking for a patient and loving home where she can continue to grow and feel secure. With a little time and understanding, this gentle pup will blossom into a wonderful, affectionate friend who will always be by your side. If you're ready to help Kiki build her confidence and give her the love she deserves, she'll reward you with endless devotion. Please note that we are a completely volunteer run organization and may take 48 hours to respond. Please make sure to fully complete your application. If responses are not complete, you may not be contacted due to the volume of applications. We can only set up meet and greets once an application has been approved. Thank you for understanding. Story
GiGi (Gia is her proper name) is a gold Heeler, Pitbull, and Australian Shepherd mix of a hoarding rescue case. Lots of puppies and lots of adults. Gigi was one of the puppies. 8 months old. Spayed, vaccinated, and all the preventatives. Microchipped. Great dog as a sister to accompany your dog at home. Or would be a great only dog. Likes toys, and to hide them around the yard. Snores. The softest, golden hair. Has flecks of light throughout her eyes, so pretty from her Aussie mom who I got spayed. Text 615.318.3105 for more info.
