She plays well with our Rat Terrier mix and has enjoyed meeting our neighbors. She is looking for her permanent family. She is high energy - not a cuddle bug at least yet - but she has been through a lot, so that's understandable. Found by our behavior vet in Johnson City, TN. The owners were found and admitted to abandoning her. She has been recently vetted and spayed. Trouvé is a dream and Doc would love to keep her but has 2 older dogs in the home who are grumpy and have vetoed this as an option. Trouvé means "found" in French. Maybe you prefer Truvee like Dolly Parton's character in Steel Magnolias? Available dogs are met by appointment only and pre-approved adopters ONLY.Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else. We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step.
