Story
Hello, I’m Kiwi! I’m a 2 1/2-year-old, 45-pound Heeler (maybe Beagle) mix with a gorgeous reddish-brown and white coat. I’m crate trained. I walk like a dream on a leash and love going for walks. I’m a big fan of children and I’m known for being super sweet and gentle. I am not a super dog fan but will tolerate calm dogs or smaller dogs. I’m not good for a home with cats as I have a high prey drive. I promise to fill your home with love and joy all by myself. I am funny and will even start jabbering when I get excited. It’s my way of talking to you. I’m the kind of girl who loves attention and baby talk. I’m happiest when I’m sitting in your lap, getting belly rubs, or just being close to you. I might bark at strangers, but that’s just my way of saying hello before I roll over for some pets from them. I can be a little shy and timid at first, but once I warm up, I’m full of energy, kisses, and cuddles. My personality is all about being happy and carefree. I love to play, especially with kids, and I’m gentle enough not to knock anyone over. Once you meet me, you’ll see why everyone says I’m the sweetest, most loving dog ever. I love to sit up straight, tilt my head, and lay down for some good belly rubs. I’m just a big love bug looking for a family to snuggle with. I have been spayed, vaccinated, and I’m heartworm negative. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s all about love and fun, look no further. I’m Kiwi, and I can’t wait to start our life together! I’m being fostered in Burkesville, KY but can be transported to nearby states for the right home. Please note, there is a transport fee.

Elsa is a 1-2 year old, 30 pound heeler mix. We do not know what she is mixed with. She came to us from Anderson County Animal Shelter. She is currently in a foster home with other dogs and does well. She REALLY loves her humans more. She adores children too! She is a snuggle bug. She wants to be cuddled up with you with her head on your lap. She also loves to cuddle with other dogs! We do not know how she would do with cats. She is doing great with house training and is wonderful in her crate. She does well on a leash and potties on leash too. She also is great in the car. She’s an amazing dog!

See Courtesy Posting Disclaimer *Say hello to Tank! Tank is a male and he is estimated to be between 6-7 months old. Tank has had the following vaccines: rabies, distemper and kennel cough. Tank is neutered. Tank will make a great family dog! He is so sweet and playful, but more on the lazy side compared with his siblings. He can be shy at first, but warms up quickly! He would do best in a home with a fence, or a home with property. Tank has a pretty clear understanding of a crate and going potty outside.
