Story
Oliver is a 1 year old altered male who came to us as a stray in Somerset County. We later learned that Oliver did have a family that was not longer able to care for him. Oliver is a young dog with a big personality and a heart of gold! He may be young, but he's got plenty of love to give and he's always up for a good snuggle. Oliver is an active dog who would love a family that can keep up with his energy and adventurous spirit. He's very curious and smart, and is always eager to learn new things, whether it's a new trick or just exploring a new walking route. He is a sweet boy who would love to have a family of his own, but unfortunately he does not along with other dogs, so he would do best in a dog- free home. We also recommend a family with older children. If you're looking for a fun-loving, sweet, and curious companion, look no further than Oliver!

Story
Hi, I`m Pepper! I`m a young, energetic pup with a knack for adventure. My curiosity can lead me to scaling a fence, exploring what`s beyond my own yard so I will need supervision in fenced in areas. My favorite game is fetch. I could play it all day! I can`t resist a good treat either! I`ve heard about this thing called `training`, it sounds like fun. I can`t wait to sit, stay, fetch, and maybe even roll over! Imagine all the fun we could have together. I`m always ready to learn new tricks, especially if there`s a tasty reward involved. Despite my love for exploration, I also enjoy quiet moments of companionship. I love meeting new people and making friends. I can`t wait to meet my forever family. Adopt me, and let`s embark on a life full of adventure and love together.

Story
Betts (affectionately known as Rudis) is a sweet 9 month old Australian Cattle Dog (red heeler) mix. Like most heelers/cattle dogs, he is a herder. He will definitely herd children, so he is not recommended for a home with children in it. 12 years old and older recommended.  He is a working breed. And that would mean ... a well exercised dog like him is a good dog. He would need a "job" and somone to lead him on his 'job' or daily tasks. That job could be hiking, working on a farm (prey drive would need to be further assessed), long walks on the trails or any active lifestyle.  And then, he becomes the biggest couch potato. He is potty trained and crate trained. He enjoys a routine/schedule, which is nice if you work out of the home.  Establishing a routine or schedule for him helps! He is simply searching for his fur-ever home that has a lifestyle that keeps him busy and stimulated both physically and mentally, is a leader to him and then allows him to nestle onto the couch for an evening of naps.  ##2179601##
