Story
Hi, I'm Zip! I love to cuddle and snuggle- but don't go thinking I'm just a couch potato, for 10 years old I have more than enough energy! I love being outside and I'd love to have a farm or big yard of my own! My foster family rescued me and my sister Zoey from some unfortunate living conditions, but they've got me back to a good weight and are going to have me neutered! I'm not super excited about the neutering part, but I am excited to have a forever family to hug and kiss and welcome home at the end of every day! Because of my breed, sometimes Zoey and I get to bickering because we both like to be in charge. I can get along with some other dogs okay, as long as they know how to be herded and can get in line! Will you give me the forever home I'm looking for?

Story
Hello! My name is Zoey or sometimes Zo-Bo! I'm a 6yo pure bread blue healer. I love to play fetch outside, roll around in the grass, and run! When I'm in doors, I usually like to have a bone or my little llama friend to chew on to keep me busy. I will snuggle and cuddle, but I like to do it on my terms! It's important to me that everyone knows that I am in charge. I have taken very strongly to my foster dad who rescued me from a sad situation, and I am very protective of him. I am obedient and house broken but I would love some sheep or cows to keep in line! When I give you kisses, sometimes my teeth are known to get involved but it's part of my breed - I am warm with people, but other animals need to know I am the boss. Is your home ready for General Zoey?!

Story
Hope started our Paws-in-Prison program and learned her foundation obedience. However, prison life wasn't for her. Just a little busy for her comfort. She is a slightly shy girl but warms up extremely fast. She absolutely loves human attention and snuggles once she is comfortable with you. She is crate and house trained, knows her basic obedience and is waiting for her family!!! Hope is a working dog and does best when given a job to please her person. She prides herself on keeping her foster siblings in check and knowing where all of her kitty friends are. Understanding the Chow traits and genetics is a must to adopt! Chows are absolutely wonderful dogs, very faithful and love their owners but they are NOT a breed for everyone. Please research or have prior Chow experience. Chows tend to be a "one person dog and if you're that person you'll have the best possible companion! Be sure to visit our Facebook page for additional pictures and information on our rescues! Story
Hey there, humans! I'm Axel, the cutest little bundle of energy you'll ever meet! Just look into my GORGEOUS eyes, and you'll be smitten. My story starts off a bit dramatic-imagine a soap opera with fur! I was found wandering the streets with my mom. Right after some lovely rescue ladies scooped us up, my former owner showed up and said, "I'll take the mom but leave the pup." And just like that, I became a rescued pup (because I was the last of an unwanted litter.) Talk about a plot twist! Since then, I've been crashing at a foster home and learning all sorts of new tricks. Walking on a leash? Nailed it! Living without mom was tough at first, but I've adjusted like a champ. I'm also getting the hang of this whole crate and housetraining business. You could say I'm a fast learner, but don't expect me to figure out quantum physics anytime soon! Almost everything is new to me since I wasn't exactly socialized in my previous dogs. I'm on a mission to learn more and more each day, so I'm on the lookout for a family that's got the time and patience to help me on my educational journey. Oh, and did I mention I'm a social butterfly? I get along with dogs, kids, not sure about cats! Now, let's talk breed: I'm an Australian Cattle Dog, which means I'm basically a furry bundle of intelligence and energy. We're known for our smarts, loyalty, and, let's be honest, our stubborn streak. I need mental stimulation and lots of exercise to keep me happy and healthy. Understanding my breed is key to understanding me, so if you're ready for a fun, energetic, and slightly mischievous pup, then I'm your guy! So, if you're up for the adventure, let's create our own sitcom filled with laughter, learning, and a lot of love!
