These two are a fabulous pair of mini-Aussies and they deserve a wonderful home to make up for their early life. Their original family got them as a gift for a 10-year-old who wasn't at all interested. They are 6-7 years old and until they came into rescue, they never even had names! Despite being ignored and shouted at, they are sweet boys, and they have great dog manners. They are calm, loving, and so grateful for any love and attention. They adore their new toys and were ecstatic when a friend came by with kids. They are housebroken, great with both big and small dogs and have ignored the cats completely. We have given them all their shots, had them neutered and chipped and they are ready to go to their forever home! We believe that they will be good together or separate but if you would like to take both, we have discounted the adoption fees to $500 for both. They are being fostered in TN but included in your fee is transport to a location near you using Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

In the spring of 2023, we got a call about 4 dogs who were in bad shape and living in the woods a couple of hours from me. We set traps and were able to rescue 2 of the 4. We tried and tried to get the other 2, but we were unable to do so. Some of the local people continued to try to get them, as well, but couldn’t. I am still very sad about having to leave them behind. Chester and Chloe were near death when we rescued them. They were starving, their skin was horrible, and of course, they had every known parasite. They are healthy now. Chloe is still very shy, and I feel that she needs a special home with a lot of love, patience and attention! We do not see any aggression in her. She has been at Blue Ribbon Kennels now for 14 months and needs a forever and loving home so badly. She has never had the opportunity to live inside a house and to be part of a family. Chloe is in Mississippi. When adopted, she will come fully vetted and will be transported by Rescue Riders, a very reliable transporter. All of this is included in her adoption fee.

Dundee and his two siblings were rescued from a high kill shelter where they were on the list to be euthanized for space. Dundee is very friendly and loves attention. Dundee is great with other dogs and never meets a stranger. Dundee loves to be around people and children. Dundee will need an active family that can give him the exercise he needs and a fenced in yard where he can run and play. Dundee is fully vetted, up to date on all his shots and neutered. She is a very sweet and semi-shy Australian Shepherd mix. She is from the Philadelphia SPCA and is about 1 years old. I recently adopted her and unfortunately I have had unexpected/severe allergies that have accompanied with her that has given me extreme anxiety on myself and I won't be able to give the attention she needs in the long term. I am looking for a loving home that will be able to be affectionate while also being gentle with her as she originally came to the shelter under cruel circumstances. She is extremely sweet and so far has been good on walks and going to the bathroom outside. She also has had no behavioral issues so far and I have yet to hear her bark. She also has been recently spayed. I also will provide crate/bed/food, and other treats and toys that I have bought her.
