Story
Hi, I`m Detroit! I am a young pup looking for my people to take me out and explore the world! I`m about 3 years old and weigh 48 pounds. Do you like dogs? I am pretty high energy and will need to meet any canine family members at the shelter before adoption.Cats? I have a really high prey drive and I am looking for a home without cats or other small animals at this time. Kids? I am just a young pup. Bring any family to the shelter for us to meet. I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Very smart, friendly and outgoing Australian Kelpie pup!Meet Rosco! Rosco was a stray dog found when he was just a tiny pup when he had fallen into a neighbor's swimming pool. Fortunately, Rosco knew how to swim and was keeping himself afloat until rescue came! Neighbors scooped him up and he was no worse off for his adventure. His foster family took him in and he has been busy having adventures ever since. Rosco is a very friendly and confident little guy who loves to play with his foster mates, both male and female puppies, as well as older adult dogs. He is not at all shy and has lots of energy and he's pretty fearless. He has beautiful eyes and also loves to be picked up and snuggled. Rosco is VERY smart and we think he will benefit from having an adopter who can channel his energy and intelligence with obedience training to make him the best dog buddy he can be.  To meet Rosco in person, visit this link to submit an application: https://woofsandwagsdogrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=3225Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 5:43 pm
