Story
Drifter is the coolest little pup! We saw his sweet little raccoon eyes and fell in love and decided to bring him into the rescue. Drifter was a stray in an orchard in rural California with his littermates. All four pups were brought into rescue. - Approximately 6 months old and 20 pounds. We think Drifter will be around 25 pounds full grown but cannot guarantee size at maturity. - Good with other dogs and fairly mild mannered for a puppy - Likely fine with cats but we have not officially cat tested him - Likely ok with gentle kids - Sweet, soft personality - Does well sleeping in his crate at night - Easy on leash as he's picking up the skill. He likes to stay close to your side on walks. Drifter is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Portland or Tualatin. $350 adoption fee Fostered in Milwaukie, Oregon APPLY TO ADOPT DRIFTER ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG

Story
Carmen is a petite pup who we rescued out of California when she was abandoned in a rural orchard with her litter mates. She is so thrilled to be in a cozy, safe foster home now, learning the ropes! - Approximately 6 months old and 20.4 pounds. We think she will be less than 30 pounds full grown but cannot guarantee size at maturity. - Our best guess on breed mix would be Chihuahua/Heeler, but we really don't know for sure - Mild mannered puppy who is building confidence and learning lots in foster - Sweet girl who loves to be close to people - Good with other dogs - Likely fine with cats - Most likely ok with gentle children - Doing well with her potty habits - Working on crate training Carmen is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, dewormed and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Tualatin or Portland. $350 adoption fee Fostered in NE Portland, Oregon APPLY TO ADOPT CARMEN ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG

Story
🌟Joey Tyler! 🌟 Now being fostered in Pittsburg PA ! But can be transported to the East Coast and PNW Joey is an energetic and bouncy 10 month old Blue Heeler and Aussie mix. He loves walks and hiking, chasing, digging, chewing, obedience training, and watching TV. He loves to learn, and is food motivated. Joey is fully house broken and crate trained, and he knows most basic commands - “come, sit, stay, drop it, leave it, up, down, gentle, look, and crate”. He is good on a leash and well tempered on walks, not reactive towards people or dogs passing by. So far he has proven great with most all other dogs, and loves to play with older kids (but he was too much for the little ones under 6yrs old). And he did well when meeting goats and horses, although does not have experience with them yet. Joey has never met a cat, as far as I know, and would probably like to chase it. He loves to play chase and would thrive in a home with breed experience and a way to channel his fun energy! Ready for lots of love and adventures? Georgie is waiting for his forever home! 🐾 Don't miss out on this amazing boy! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Story
I'm a funny, independent thinker with a serious case of "look-at-me" syndrome. My foster mom thinks Im a snack, but my selfies are more like a main course. At three, I've got the wisdom of an ancient dog and the energy of a caffeinated squirrel. I'm part Aussie, part Heeler, which means Im basically a tiny tornado with a to-do list. I love structure - it's like adulting but with treats. Dogs are cool, kids are fun, but cats and I? Oil and water. Or maybe more like cats and dogs - we just don't mix. Looking for my human sidekick. Must be able to keep up with my endless supply of charm and puppy dog eyes. Think you're the one? Let's give this whole "best friends" thing a shot. www.muttsandmissfits.org to meet adorable rescue pups and support a great cause.

Story
These three pint-sized pups, rescued from a crowded California shelter, are as bubbly as a freshly poured craft beer. Just like a well-aged brew, Amber, Hazy, and Stout have a unique character and a thirst for adventure. Imagine a trio of pint-sized, four-legged friends, each with their own unique charm. Amber, the golden ale of the group, is bright and bubbly. Hazy, the hazy IPA, is full of character and surprises. And Stout, the rich porter, is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. They've already started their health journey with their first round of DaPP vaccinations and have a date for their spay/neuter in early October. After their second DaPP and a well-deserved brew break, they'll be back in the game. Pour your heart into an application and let's arrange a meet-upthese rambunctious kiddos are waiting to find their forever home. Let's raise a glass to a speedy recovery and cheers to the adventures ahead! www.muttsandmissfits.org to meet adorable rescue pups and support a great cause.

Story
Biscuit is a special dog, yearning for her perfect home! She’s fostered by her former owners sister. If you’re a single guy or gal, or a couple looking for a dog to baby, she’s your match! She’s a great hiking/walking companion, and is always up for adventure. She’d work best in a detached home setting, with a fenced yard. Ideally you have a nice park or two nearby for long walks. Bonus points if you work from home or have a flexible schedule to take her on her morning/afternoon walks. Here are her own words: I’m crate-trained, but honestly, I’d love to snuggle at your feet! I love to play with stuffed squeaky toys, and tug-of-war! I’m longing for someone who can spoil me! I’ll repay you in snuggles! I’m super SMART! I take to training very well! I’ve been getting better with my leash reactivity, and I do ok with recall. Let’s do more training together! I can get along with other dogs, but I’d likely do better being the only dog in a home! I want my food/treats to myself!
