Story
PLEASE READ SALOMON’S BIO IN DETAIL TO ENSURE THAT HE WILL BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU AND YOUR LIFESTYLE BEORE APPLYING. PEASE NOTE: IS BEING FOSTERED IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA We at All Paws Matter believe in the benefits of post-adoption training for our dogs and their families. This allows for continued socialization, learning and helps to create a well-mannered and balanced dog. This is now a requirement in our adoption process. Proof of training classes for puppies specifically is required before adoption. NAME: Salomon Age: 9 years Breed: Mexi-Mix Sex: Male Weight: 40 lbs Location: GREATER TORONTO AREA Adoption fee: $450.00 Spayed/Neutered: Yes Leash trained: Pulls a little on leash House trained: Yes Kids/Cats/Dogs: Female dogs with proper intro, cats unknown, children 6+ Vetting: Up to date on all vaccination, sterilized, microchipped, 4dx tested: negative for Heart worm. Currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, dewormed and vet checked before arriving. Medical Issues: Ehrlichia, (tick borne diseases) has been treated appropriately Comes with 4 weeks free pet insurance (after initial vet visit) Salomon is the sweetest boy you could ever imagine. He has spent a total of 8 years in SOS el Arca, a no kill shelter in Mexico and lived these years with his girlfriend Dulce who died recently. He became quite depressed so we knew it was time for us to bring him here to Canada. Salomon is a joy to foster, he is super chill and loves to snuggle right next to you while watching TV, reading or resting. He knows the commands, sit, stay, wait, walk, and knows he is not allowed in the kitchen. Salomon is very smart and learns quickly, it makes it easy because he is food motivated which makes positive training for him easy. Salomon needs a quiet, calm home with a fenced in yard where he can watch the world go by, he is a quiet boy and could be an apartment with no issue. He is fine with female dogs with proper introduction but we would prefer him to be the only dog just due to the fact that he lived with so many dogs for so long. He is good with children but cats are untested. He does not have a huge prey drive.. His foster has two residences one rural home and a condo in downtown Toronto, he does exceptionally well in both. He loves to hang out in patios but his number one favourite thing to do is be with people. Salomon does pull a little on leash but training would help that. He only requires 20 minute walks two to three times a day and he is happy. He is crate trained but is not required as he is not destructive. While you’re away, he sleeps. He just received a dental at the end of October. If you feel you would be the right fit for Salomon, please fill out an adoption application at https://www.allpawsmatter.ca/apply-to-adopt/ All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety. NOTE: The above description is relevant to this dog in its current and previous setting. Home changes and adopter personalities can bring out different behaviours not previously seen. We also do not claim or suggest that our dogs are hypo-allergenic or that they shed/do not shed. BREED DISCLAIMER: We are never sure of the breed of our dogs since they arrive off the streets or shelters. It is a guess only!

Story
Say hello to Red, a sweet and playful Australian cattle dog who is looking for his forever home! This charming senior boy has a heart of gold and a zest for life that shines through every wag of his tail. Red was found as a stray, wandering the streets alongside Lilo, but now he resides at HSKL, hoping to find a loving family to call his own.Red is incredibly gentle and affectionate. He walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys exploring the great outdoors. While he and Lilo were found together, they don’t seem to be bonded, allowing Red to find his own special place in a new family. If there’s one thing Red loves more than anything, it’s water! This water baby is always ready for a splash, whether it’s in a kiddie pool or at the local watering hole. He’d be thrilled to have a family that takes him on regular swimming adventures!Red would thrive in a loving home where he can relax and enjoy life. He’s the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal friend to share outdoor adventures and cozy evenings.Come Meet Red! If you’re ready to give this sweet boy the love he deserves, come to HSKL to meet Red! He’s waiting for that special someone to take him on new adventures and create lasting memories together. Will you be the one to bring him home? ????
