TEDDY 3YRS 30LBS MALE AUS CATTLE DOG LISA 1YR 20 LBS FEMALE MIX MUST HAVE ACD/HERDING BREED EXPERIENCE BONDED PAIR-Ever wanted a dog for you and a dog for your sig other but were afraid of clashing personalities? Well, not here because these two love each other, a LOT, so at least you know they get along perfectly and there is one for each of you. 2x the love!!!!!!!!!!!!! (And man, are they CUTE!) They travel often in the car with me for over an hour at a time - they do ride crated. Load up easy and ride quietly- unless we go through a drive through then Lisa has opinions about what she wants too. She likes to play ball, but not as intense as Teddy and will just let him get it and go find something else to do. They play and wrestle with each other and other dogs. Not overly rough but will get on ground with each other. They love to run laps in the yard chasing each other. They leave my uninterested dogs alone, as there is always someone else to play with. Lisa did not get along with my 1 male foster - just a little 10 pounder . Not sure who to started the war, but I did not leave them loose with each other * no actual fight/injury/contact ever occured. There was alot of noise 1 time, and they would grumble at each other when passing by each other's crates/run at work. Teddy is pretty easy going but doesn't like to be corrected. He will get bossy -verbal and pin someone who tries to But a sharp HEY from me and he will stop and walk away * never has been a fight or injury. Loves to play fetch and the other dogs do not challenge him to get the ball away from him. He would definitely destroy a stuffed toy if given the chance. They both love to chew on antlers/ nylabones/Benebone etc Teddy is a super cuddler and happy to hang on the couch or bed. Lisa loves attention too but takes a bit more to settle down at first. Both settle quickly and Quietly in a crate. They are both jumpers and when seeking attention. They have gotten better, but would need to be reminded of their manners going forward. We do not require a fenced BUT they would need a secure area to be able to run in and burn off energy weekly. Crate trained and housebroken This animal is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. They have been heartworm tested (negative) and on prevention. Alona came to us pregnant and had a big surprise for us - 13 puppies! She was a very good mom and is now looking for her own family. We are guessing her about a year old and weighs 55 pounds. She is sweet and gentle with everyone she meets. Good with dogs and cats, crate trained, seems to be housebroken, rides nicely in the car (crated). Autumn and her momma Audrey were recently reunited after being adopted out separately from a rural pound. This has been amazing, since they are VERY bonded! Neither was thriving without the other. Our vet's best guess is that Audrey is a cattle dog mix and Autumn looks to maybe have some pug in her! Audrey loves being with and playing with Autumn, but Audrey also enjoys her alone time and LOVES LOVES LOVES to snuggle on the couch (or elsewhere) with her people. She and Autumn are perfect riders on car rides, not anxious at all. They are great with cats, and have shown no signs of food aggregation nor toy aggregation. They are honestly the perfect combination. They love to be around, play and snuggle with you, but if you are busy, they will occupy their time with each other! It's truly a "win win" having them together! These girls would do well with a fenced in area, or running area would be ideal for them so they can romp together when they get the zoomies, or just lay out in the sunshine, enjoying the day. Travis' story is so sad. His terrible previous owner took him and his sibling to a field in the middle of nowhere and just left them. Miles away from any homes or streets. No food, no water, no shelter. So incredibly sad. When someone happened to come upon him, he was staying in the same place he was left. With his collar and leash still attached to him.....patiently waiting for his owner to come back who never came. Rescuers would go to feed and give water daily and he'd be staying there in the same spot waiting day after day. All the rescuers were over capacity or they would have taken him the first time they saw him. Then after 5 days he finally left and then it became a hunt by the rescuers to find him which they did but it took another couple weeks to locate him. Travis is a really good dog but his meet and greets do not go very well because of what he's been through. He's very loving once he knows you're safe and that he can trust you. But he barks a lot when he meets strangers. Other than that he is very calm and quiet and really a great dog once trust is established. He's neutered and up to date on shots and HW negative. Just waiting for his forever home.......someone that will never abandon him again.

JONESY MALE 3.5 YRS 28 POUNDS We're not sure what Jonesy's life was like before he was rescued, but seems like it was a ruff one. He was found injured laying in a ditch ( after being hit by a car) His front leg was dislocated and had several other injuries. Thank fully he was found and taken in for some help. He had his front leg fixed and meds to help heal the rest. He came to AJs happy and ready for his next steps to finding a forever home. He still had a slight limp so xrays were taken and there was a suspicious looking area on his rear leg that needed to be further examined. This week he had his follow up, with a new set of xrays, and all though he does have some arthritis. Day to day he has no issue and is happy and healthy. He is on a joint supplement to help promote healthy joints, but no medication. He also has a notch of his ear missing from some prior incident that we dont know anything about. He is a friendly dog who seems to do well with everyone. He is dog friendly, but seems edgy around pushy male dogs. He is overly interested / seems to have a prey drive, so cats (or other small animals) are Not a good fit for him. We have not seen him around children. Loves to sunbath , and could hang out while you do yard work. Or would happily go for a walk with you, then take a nap I'm a comfy spot. This animal is up to date on all shots, dewormed, and spayed/neutered. They have been heartworm tested (negative) and on prevention. We took in four Australian Shepherd puppies from an 'accidental litter' We were told they were born mid March. (but seem slightly older)2 males Alfie & Asa 'Ace-uh', and 2 females Arla and Abily. They are new to us and we are just getting them started on life skills. Doing great in the crate, ride quietly in the car (crated), used to the leash now, and working on housebreaking and socializing to the outside world. The boys met a cat at the vet clinic today and didn't even acknowledge it's existence. Alfie is the smallest of them all weighing in at 21 pounds, and is outgoing. He can be shy at first but warms up quickly. Loves ro play with the other dogs in the yard, and follows them around for the daily routine. Asa is more shy and cautious. He saw I child at the vet clinic and was very nervous about her. He is sweet and wags his tail when you pet and give attention, but is too nervous to approach you at first. This animal is current on all age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and spay/neuter scheduled appointment for July 25th. They have also been given flea prevention.
