She's the smallest of her litter, and the only girl, but that doesn't stop her - she is quick, feisty, and sassy! Peanut will draw you in with her beautiful speckly coat and stunning blue eyes, but she'll seal the deal with her sweet personality and waggy tail. In her foster home she loves to run and play with her siblings and keeps up with larger brothers with ease. She's a confident and energetic lady, but once she's had some enrichment she loves to curl up in a lap for a snuggle and a snooze. She loves praise and sweet talking and is a very smart, eager to please pup. She'll make an amazing companion, and she can't wait to find her family! This boy has the cutest little face and if that doesn't steal your heart, his endearing puppy kisses certainly will! They don't come much sweeter than this boy with silky black fur, button nose, and eager to please personality. He loves affection in any form and is thrilled with some sweet talking! Story
Whoever adopts this big boy is certainly knocking it out of the park! The biggest of his litter, Dinger is a gentle giant and lazy to top it all off. These hot summer days have taught him to enjoy the finer things in life like air conditioning, the cool side of a pillow, and a nice refreshing drink after a romp in the yard. He's easy to love, and when you meet him you'll see why! Not only is he incredibly handsome, he's always smiling, always wagging his tail, and always has a little glimmer in his eye. He's usually looking for his next nap, but if he's awake he likes to be with his people and getting some scratchies. He might not be winning any races but he's already won our hearts! Story
Meet Ursa!  Ursa is a spunky girl with tons of personality.  She loves car rides more than anything else in the world, so if you're looking for a travel companion, she's your girl!  She also loves hiking, socializing, and playing with her friends.  She's great with other dogs but loves her humans most of all.  She would do best in a home without small children because her love for them is sometimes overwhelming.  Ursa settles down well in her crate when it's time to go to sleep at night and is SO happy to see you in the morning when it's time to get up -- and the happiest tail in the world will let you know that!  Ursa's number one goal in life is to find a family that just wants her to hang out with them.  She's an expert sous chef, assistant laundry-folder, and dishwashing supervisor.  As long as she can hang with you, she doesn't care what the activity is!  If you're looking for a buddy to keep you company, Ursa is the perfect pup!   Apply to meet her at pipsrescue.org/adopt ##1667875##

Woof Woof! My name is Raisin! I can be a little nervous at first but I`m quickly won over with treats. I prefer treats over toys, and I think treats that are a bit crunchy are the absolute best. Once I get to know you, I`m a happy, jumpy boy eager for some pets and some lovin! I’m full grown at ~51 lbs. How did I get here? I was transferred from Mitchell County Animal Rescue. **I am currently living at the admission center - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Story
This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival, and throughout their stay, at the Animal Center and we do our best to place the animal in the setting most appropriate for them. Sometimes, they may be better served through one of our Transfer Partners due to the intervention needed, ongoing care required or a quieter setting for that individual. We want our animals to put their best paw forward. If you are a 501c3 rescue and are interested in partnering with WCAC to help this pet, and others, you can find more information on how to help at: https://www.wakegov.com/departments-government/animal-services/community-partners/transfer-program If this is your pet, please contact us immediately at AnimalCenter@wakegov.com Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 41 Age: 8yrs 0mths 2wks
