Story
Pips is a young and healthy Cattle Dog / Border Collie mix, 50 lbs weight, with blue heeler coloring. When I rescued him in February of 2023, the vet estimated him at 2 years old, making him 3-4 years old now. He was already neutered when I adopted him, and I have kept him up to date on all his vaccines. He takes one capsule of anxiety medication every morning. He's a sweetheart with all kinds of people, extremely eager to please, loves cuddles and head-butts, and very food motivated for easy training. He has typical high energy for the breed and loves to run. He was skittish and dog-aggressive initially, but has calmed down significantly with dedicated training. He is now mostly only reactive when leash walking, but his high energy and playful nature can sometimes frighten smaller or older dogs. I'd love for him to find a permanent home with lots of yard space or a farm to run around, or an active owner that wants to include him in frequent outdoor activities.

Story
Blizz is a large and very handsome boy. He was found as a stray. We estimate him to be one year old and he weighs 60 lbs. He looks like a Heeler mixed, with something bigger. Blizz is very happy and bouncy. He doesn't have any manners, but those can be taught. He has never met a stranger, great outgoing personality. Blizz is looking for an active person or family who loves to run and play like he does. He is up to date on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm disease and his adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory neuter and microchip.

Story
Introducing Maggie, a beautiful terrier mix looking for her forever home. Although she is estimated to be only slightly over a year old this sweet girl is full of joy. She loves to play, get lots of attention and is always happy. She does have quite a bit of energy so an active family and/ or a fenced in yard is preferred. She does well with other dogs, particularly energetic ones looking for a playmate, but needs to be in a home without cats as they can be a little too tempting to harass. She is currently strong on leash but our foster is working on her training, the world has so much to offer she gets super excited. She is housebroken and crate trained and ready for a loving family to call her own! If a shorter stature bundle of fun is what you are looking for in a dog, look no further! Story
Feiona is a busy Bee always with an agenda. DOB 7/20/24. She's extremely intelligent & boredom likely sets in if not introduced to new things or doing a job she likes to do or entertained with chew toys, bones, walks or rides.Etc.She loves new adventures especially being outside. She's playful, happy and healthy. She loves snuggling in a blanky and nap time. She is an independent thinker. She can figure things out on her own but still loves learning all the things her humans can teach her. At just10 days old she was abandoned by her overwhelmed mother because of the exceptionally large litter she had had.She was fortunately adopted by another mother who had a small litter of only 3 pups. She is house broken but is still a puppy therefore, she should be crated when left for any significant amount of time to avoid getting into any trouble. She responds well to commands such as; no, sit, stay, come, take it nice, good/bad girl, treat, outside, her name & sits before eating.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sundance Kid (Sunny) is a 2 1/2 year old Australian Cattle dog/Miniature Schnauzer mix, he currently weighs 23.8 pounds.   Sunny's mom asked for help finding him a perfect home.  He is not happy when he is not the only dog getting all of the attention.   Sunny is housebroken, up to date on vaccines and neutered.  He is a high energy dog who LOVES people.  He needs a home where he will get enough exercise to keep him happy and healthy.  Sunny has been taught a lot of basic obedience commands and is a very smart boy.  His mom did a DNA test on him and he is Cattle dog and Schnauzer so he likes to play, herd and get attention.  He would do best as an only dog with older children in the home.  He requires a fenced yard for his safety while he is having playtime and potty time.   If you would like to meet Sundance Kid (Sunny) please fill out an application from our website.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 29, 2025, 6:48 pm
