Story
Oscar is a goofy, fun-loving pup, who loves human attention! He is still learning the leash, so needs a home that will take the time to train him on walks. He is very food motivated and would be a good companion for families with kids but would do best as your one and only fur baby. He loves belly rubs and being held. He is looking for his forever home so please consider adding this big love bug to your family.Come meet Oscar at the main ranch location. For further information email dogswmr@gmail.com

Story
Hi! My name is Bella! I am an adult austrailian shepherd. I am very loving and love attention! I am a foodie at heart. Food gets me excited and that is how mama has trained me over time to become a bit less timid. I am loyal and sweet! I know some great tricks like sit and wait to eat, jump, fetch and put the toy back in your hand, along with all the basics. I love to cuddle and get along great with dogs, cats, and small animals. I am talkative and friendly. I am kennel trained and sleep in my kennel at night. I would be best fit for a home where I am either the only dog or one of 2 dogs or amongst other kinds of pets. I don't have any medical issues and eat my food regularly. I am a very affectionate dog that just needs a new home.

Story
Indie, named for her life-changing rescue over Independence Day weekend, made incredible progress in reverting back to being a loving pet. Known in her neighborhood for living under an abandoned trailer with her puppies, Indie survived on her own for two years before PACA volunteers rescued her and her pups. Now, this smart and loyal girl is ready to embrace her new life with a forever family. It’s believed that Indie once belonged to the man who owned the trailer, but after his passing, she was left to fend for herself. It is clear Indie was previously a beloved pet. She LOVES her humans and she’s especially in tune with the sound of a bone being unwrapped! Indie loves going for leash walks, playing fetch, and spending time with other dogs. Indie loves to bring her ball back and flop on the ground for belly rubs before chasing it again. She’s also curious about what her humans are up to, often following her foster mom around the house, eager to help out. Any dog that can survive for two years alone is truly smart, and Indie is no exception. She’s quickly learning commands like “come” and “sit” and is eager to please. She is "near perfect," according to her foster mom. Indie is a 2-3-year-old, 40 lb mix of cattle dog, Aussie, and other herding breeds, making her both unique and adorable with her wiry coat and bobbed tail. She’s ready for a family that will appreciate her intelligence, loyalty, and love. NO CATS. Interested in Meeting Indie? PACA is a foster-based rescue, so Indie isn’t in a shelter. You can meet her at our adoption clinic, held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 6300 San Mateo (along the grass next to Academy Rd) in the Sprouts Market parking lot, weather permitting. We can also arrange a private meet-and-greet with an approved application. Complete an easy online application by clicking the "Adopt Me" button. https://form.jotform.com/222028369049155 The $250 adoption fee covers S/N, microchip, vaccines and heartworm/tic borne illness testing.

Story
Meet Dexter, the cutest little ball of puppy energy! With his wagging tail and sparkling eyes, he’s ready to fill your life with joy and endless cuddles. Dexter absolutely adores everyone—people, cats, and his fellow pups—all while happily gnawing on his favorite bone. His toy collection is impressive, and he’s mastered some essential skills, like using the dog door to go potty outside, sitting on command, and responding to his name with a happy dance! This lovable guy was once wandering around an arroyo but is now on a quest to find his forever home, where he can shower his new family with smiles, love, and plenty of playful antics. Are you ready to welcome this sweet furball into your heart? If you're interested in meeting Dexter, come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Alternatively, we can arrange a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with a completed application. Complete an easy, no-obligation online application and take the first step towards welcoming Dexter into your home by clicking on this link https://form.jotform.com/222028369049155 The adoption fee covers all vaccines, spay, microchip, and heartworm/tick-borne illness testing.
