Story
Meet Tucker!! This adorable little guy was found as a stray back in Jan in a rural part of Tx. We had him placed with a foster until we could complete his vetting & to social him with other people and animals. Mr Tucker made his way to NJ Mar 8th and it was a few days later that we noticed he was limping. We had him seen by our vet when it was discovered that he had a broken leg. He was than taken to an orthopedic on 03/19 and his surgery was scheduled for the following week. Tucker has completely healed and has been cleared by the orthopedic for adoption! Tucker is now 1 yr old, he is fully vetted (vacs/neutered/chip). Tucker is great with other dogs, totally fine with cats, and good with kids visiting but will need a quieter home with older kids (teenagers). If you would like to make this sweet boy a part of your family, please complete the online application to begin the process. https://furrytailendingscaninerescue.org/adoption-application/ **A PHYSICAL FENCED IN YARD IS REQUIRED** ** BREED MIX DNA CONFIRMED** **PLEASE NOTE EMAILS FROM THE SITE EXPRESSING YOUR INTEREST IN ADOPTING WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. Story
Hi, I’m Nye! I’m a blue heeler with a lot of personality, and I’m looking for my forever home. I was surrendered to the shelter when my owners lost their home—it wasn’t anything I did, just a tough situation. Now, I’m ready to find a new family who’ll love me just as much as my old one did. I’m a bit of a character! I love playing with toys, especially if it means running around and keeping busy. Once I get to know you, I’ll be your best buddy, and I really enjoy spending time with my humans. I’ll admit, I can be a little cautious at first, so it might take me a few meets to warm up and trust you. But once I do, I’m a loyal, affectionate dog who’ll stick by your side. Because I’m full of energy and love to stay active, I’d do best in an active home where I can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. If you’re looking for a fun, playful companion who’ll keep you on your toes, I might just be the perfect fit for you. Let’s take this journey together! The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, PA Kennel License #02941, 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042

Story
This girl is 26 pounds of energy and love. She had to be captured by the local animal control officer and was prettified. She was lunging and growling and very upset. But something in her eye just pleaded for me to help her. So I picked her up from the shelter and brought her home where George (our cat) helped me show her that humans and other animals are good. George helped her calm down and let her guard down and after about an hour she was giving me lots of kisses. She is hilarious and is definitely a lover. She may need a couple of minutes to feel safe, but once she does, she is glued to you. She is extremely smart, loves to go for rides, walks and hikes or any adventure (we went kayaking) She prefers not to be left alone as she does have some separation anxiety. This little girl is ready for her happily ever after. Please visit funnyfarmpets.org to read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption process works. Her adoption fee is $325 and if transport is necessary that is an additional $200 We are hoping to find her someone local to TN. She is a special girl who will need a special mom or dad to navigate through her fears. I may end up writing a book about her as she has given me lots of great stories.

Story
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION PEPPER IS IN FOSTER CARE IN NORWALK, CT IF INTERESTED THERE IS AN APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE https://www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/ Pepper was a stray in TX and pulled off the euthanasia list. It is hard to believe that such a sweet dog almost never made it out of the shelter! This adorable girl is approx 4-6 years old and 32 lbs and is a little on the chubby side and could do to lose some weight. She is a really sweet and well behaved dog and is completely housebroken. She enjoys her walks but also loves to just hang out in the backyard while her foster mom is gardening. She loves to sprawl out on a sunny day in the grass. She has a pretty laid back personality and when inside she is a professional couch potato.... she loves to snuggle up with her person on the couch. She is a very smart girl and has already mastered several commands in the short time she has been in CT! She enjoys the company of other calm dogs but really doesn’t like to play very much with the other rescues. She has a wonderful disposition and loves people but can be a little shy when she first meets someone out on a walk. She is also slightly reactive when she sees another dog but she is learning with treats that it's not such a bad thing! Having come from a stray dog background she is understandably cautious with strangers! we did a dna test on Pepper and she is mainly Australian cattle dog with 13 other breeds mixed in.... Pepper is spayed and fully vaccinated. She tested positive for heartworms when we rescued her and has been treated successfully and has recently tested negative. OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 8 years. WE REQUIRE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF VET RECORDS ON YOUR CURRENT OR PAST DOG FOR OUR REVIEW.
