He loves to play, with people and other dogs, he just loves to be goofy and romp around! He likes to play with toys too. He walks well on a leash for being a puppy, he loves treats and is willing to learn anything! This boy will put a smile on your face. Just the ears alone will do it.

Contact SaveMeAdoptMe@gmail.com or text or leave a message at 573-512-2102 for an application. The adoption donation of $175.00 covers spay / neuter, vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and current monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Cream and her sisters came from a situation where the dogs multiply and eventually disappear. This lucky girl is estimated to have been born July 2024 and is about 20 lb. Her mom is a Red Heeler and herbal dad supposedly a Bluetick Coonhound. Which is very probable since the pups were all bluetick color. They were so happy to be able to get to a pen with a dog house, some nice warm straw, and a wind break. They were even more happy when they started getting to come inside. Cream is doing well going potty on-leash or using the doggie door when she has to go potty. She sleeps in a crate at night. She is a bit timid of new prople but comes around quickly with gentle and treats. She will do well in a home with another well-adjusted dog to help build her confidence. She was unsure of a couple of cats that hang around by the fence, but is fine with them when on-leash though she would like to get them to play. She will need gentle reassurance as she continues to learn about how wonderful it is to have her own loving family.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Howdy Y'all my name is Cowboy. I had an owner who moved away leaving me behind to fend for myself which was scary. I was pretty confused at first but these nice people at the rescue took me in and have been taking great care of me. I am a very loyal boy who needs a loyal master looking for a go everywhere with you type of dog because here I am! I want to be at your side constantly and am really smart and I am vocal, I will have conversations with you if you talk to me.  I was caught picking up my food dish, putting it in my bed, then covering it with a blanket to keep it safe. With some patience and training I bet I could learn some pretty neat tricks. I resource guard my food, toys and treats so please make sure to keep me separated from other critters in the home when those are handed out. I am new here at the rescue but becoming a favorite of many volunteers because I am so sweet and amazing. Don't y'all need a sweet little Cowboy in your life? Please hurry my future human, I can't wait to meet you! Love, Cowboy  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 18, 2024, 9:44 am
