Meet Roxanne! This sweet cattle dog mix is such a cuddle bug! At just four months old, she is already keeping her indoor area clean and goes outside to potty. Roxanne does well with other dogs and cats and loves attention. At this time, she is not a fan of being crated but does well outside of her crate. Roxanne’s current foster says she is absolutely precious and she could just hold her all day long. If this sounds like the pup for you, please complete an application at https://www.saveastray.org/forms/form?formid=3635 Once the application is approved, a FaceTime will be set up for a virtual meet and greet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Transports leave every week alternating between the NE and the Great Lakes. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. Juniper is a treasure of a dog, waiting for her forever home. Just look at those beautiful, bright amber eyes and freckled nose. Juniper is a gorgeous girl and a perfect medium size. She always upbeat and carries a smile on her face. Besides her looks, Juniper is also a very smart, trainable girl. The sky is the limit for her. She’s eager to learn. She’s also pretty athletic so she would be a great running companion. Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try dog sports like agility. Juniper would be perfect! And best of all, Juniper has a very sweet disposition with every person she meets. She craves attention from her people and will be a loyal companion for years to come! She would be perfectly content being an only dog or possibly one other canine companion that suits her fancy. She's doggy selective, and would need a little time to warm up to a new BFF once they know she's in charge of the playtime antics. Juniper is a year or two old, 40-45 lb.

Dee is a cattle dog mix with classic traits—sharp eye for squirrels, lots of energy, and strong devotion to her people. Her foster mom shares: Dee was very scared at first, but within days her silly, sweet personality came out. She’s loving, active, fully housetrained (no accidents), and crate trained. She plays great with other dogs and walks beautifully on a leash. She can be a little skittish with new things at first, but adjusts quickly and looks to her humans for reassurance—she’s already conquered her fear of the car and household noises. Dee loves to cuddle and will happily snuggle on the couch. Every person she meets is her new best friend. She’s respectful of older cats but may chase younger ones, so a cat-free home might be best. A fenced yard is a plus but not required—she’ll thrive with plenty of exercise and would make a great walking, hiking, or running partner. Dee had hip surgery in February but has healed and it's not slowing her down! If you have a playful dog and think he/she would love a friend, this dog would be great, but a second dog is not a requirement. And yes—she’s just as cute as her pictures.

This pretty girl is fun and loving and looking for a new family. She would love an active family who can spend time playing and including her in activities. Arabella is full of life with lots of love to give if only she had a home with a family to provide a warm bed, food, toys, exercise and playtime. She is 3 years old and weighs 35-40 pounds. Arabella has been in a kennel for far too long. Please consider fostering or adopting Arabella.

He needs a high energy owner or family that is able to walk him everyday, has lots of space to run and time to work with him on training. We do not have any other animals but seems to be friendly with other dogs and does pretty well with our toddler.
