This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!. She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. This handsome red heeler mix puppy is called Ernie and he and his brother Bert and their mom were found in a barn where they had been raised by their stray mother. Their mother was barely hanging on to life. The happy ending to her story is she is living with a wonderful family now and is loved and Ernie is looking for a wonderful family too raise him, love him, and bring his own special joy to. Ernie is a really delightful and well adjusted 6-month-old puppy that weighs 26 lb. He is a friendly little guy that enjoys meeting people and loves to chase a ball and bring it back to you. His innocence and love for life is contagious. He craves being with people that like him and speak kind words to him. He will crawl in your lap and be your best little buddy. His foster mom who raised he and his brother Bert says that he has the best temperament and personality. Recently this little guy went to a yoga class at the YMCA and had so much fun. It was a totally new and unique environment and he handled it with great poise and embraced all of the Zen vibes going on. Ernie is housebroken, crate trained, loves being around other cats and dogs alike and adores children. There isn't a living creature on this earth that he doesn't like. He is learning quite well, how to walk on a leash and he rides in a car like a pro. He would be a great dog to take for hikes, long walks, outdoor events and adventures, and of course he would be a hit at any family reunions. Lora Lee is a very sweet dog that is just 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds. She is said to be an Aussie mix with some Terrier. Whatever the mix is we think she is a most unusual and truly a beautiful girl who well with other dogs in her foster home. She is a friend to all and apparently she is house trained as long as taken out regular. Lola Lee is crate trained but cannot be left for long hours in the crate. She is not leash trained but is trying to improve. We are requesting that applicants have a fenced yard for her because she is an active girl that needs to run and play with freedom and not at the end of a leash only. This beauty loves to cuddle and be by your side like your BFF and shadow. If you have another dog that would be great for her to have a playmate that can help her wear out her energy every day. Lola Lee is a great girl and she is going to need an active family that can challenge and meet her need for exercise and be able to keep up with her. She is really not a dog for a retirement couple that are ready to have a more laidback dog with fewer exercise demands. Sweet Skye Man has come to us as one of three Aussie mix older pups that are still impressionably young at just 8 months and 19 pounds. This handsome, yet shy boy, is looking for a family that will fill his soul with love and affirmation and confidence building lessons every day. He and his siblings were raised in an outdoor kennel with little to no love and attention. They were merely fed, but yet eventually were released to our Critter Cavalry Rescue foster mom. Skye Man is a sponge for life lessons and he is so receptive to human touch and love. He is the smaller pup from his litter of three that we have in our care now. He is comfortable in a crate, but needs leash training. There's so many exciting experiences and a wonderful family waiting for him out there.
