🐾 Meet Courtney! 🐾Are you looking for a loyal companion to join your farm family? Look no further, because Courtney is ready to melt your heart and become your forever friend! This beautiful three-year-old Australian Kelpie mix has had quite the journey before landing in our shelter. Courtney was discovered in a barn, bravely caring for her precious puppies. Now that her puppies have all found loving homes, Courtney is eagerly awaiting her turn to find a family to call her own.Courtney is a spirited and energetic girl with a heart as big as the open fields. She has a natural instinct to explore and would thrive in a farm environment where she can stretch her legs and let her curious nature roam. However, her boundless energy comes with a caveat – Courtney is a bit of an escape artist and can jump up to six feet in the air! That's why she's looking for a home with a high fence or the ability to train boundaries and recall where she can safely learn to channel her athleticism into positive activities. While Courtney may be a bit reserved at first, once you earn her trust, you'll discover her sweet and affectionate nature. Building that trust may take some time, so we recommend visits to the shelter to spend time with her and let her get to know you. Once she opens up, you'll be rewarded with a loyal and loving companion who will always be by your side.Courtney is longing for a patient and understanding family who can provide her with the love, guidance, and structure she needs to thrive. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this special girl, come meet Courtney today and see if she's the perfect fit for your farm family!🌟 Adoption Information 🌟Name: CourtneyBreed: Australian Kelpie MixAge: 3 years oldPersonality: Energetic, sweet, and loyalIdeal Home: Farm with a high fence and patient familySpecial Requirements: Multiple visits to the shelter to build trustLet's give Courtney the loving home she deserves! Story
I got Ollie 4 years ago from a guy at work. She is a real sweetheart of a dog. I have a large back yard with a privacy fence. I think she is the quietest dog ive ever had. I took her to the vet and she showed me her tattoo and scanned her to find she has a chip as well. She is fixed. She has been inside many nights. She's really quiet outside unless a loud harley goes past the house, or something is in the yard that shouldn't be, she will let you know. Not a big barker type dog. So when she does bark, shes letting you know something's not right. She's 51 lbs and stands knee high. She has one blue eye and one brown. She's very loving and sweet. She was somewhat timid and nervous when she first came here but she adjusted within a couple weeks. It's just her and I now at home and i think she deserves a family. She has a lot of love ❤️ to share. A fenced yard and older kids would be best.

Story
Meet PEACHES 🍑 Heeler/Beagle Mix Born 9/18/2024 This sweet baby was the second one born in the litter. She is her Momma’s mini-me including the extremely affectionate personality. Peaches loves her humans and jumps to be held. Lap time is on the top of her favorite things to do list! But, she is still a puppy 🐶 and loves play time. She talks to you with her eyes and you feel her connection. 🥰 She seems to have more of a Beagle disposition, but there is definitely HEELER in her. She will need a home with a fenced in yard or a place she can run daily! Heelers are wicked smart working dogs and require a TON of activity and mental stimulation. (I’ll post a link in the comments about the pros and cons of owning Heelers.) Peaches is available for adoption and will be ready for her new home on Thursday 11/21. $130 Adoption fee ($25 returned after spaying). Must sign agreement to spay and to return her to me if she doesn’t workout in your home for whatever reason.
