This terrific 5 year old tail-wagger is spunky spirited, and full of playful energy. Scarlett will sit for snacks and is anxious to learn more. She’s currently in a foster home and loves playing with toys and taking walks. She can be a little bossy with other dogs and will need a dog friend that is ok with her taking the lead. She did well with cats, but will need a slow introduction. Scarlett will thrive with an active adopter and daily exercise. Her ideal home will include a physically fenced yard and an adopter with herding experience. She does have some anxiety and is currently on a daily medication. This medication will need to be continued in her new home. $1000 reward for anyone that finds or returns Sid to us!! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! Sid has been missing since June 13, 2022 from his foster home in Indianapolis Indiana from Meridian park 46205 area. Meet Sid! His mom is Clare the cattle dog mix. He is 1 year old and ever so sweet. Super food motivated. Hes about 28 pounds and at most he will be 33 pounds. Sid ended up with us because he was one of nine dogs confiscated in a cruelty case. Sid was labeled feral and needed help to gain trust, confidence being handled. Sid has exceeded our expectations. He is AMAZING and by far the most awesome little guy ever. He is great with all dogs, cats, and strongly believe he will be perfect with pet friendly kids. A fenced yard is a must. An active home who will continue to allow him to experience life. Daily walks, going on hikes and trails, swimming, OMG he loves swimming. He needs a active outdoor activity loving family with at least 1 or 2 playful dogs in the home. He loves, loves loves car rides and every day he gets better meeting and trusting people. Sid is crate trained and house broken, he walks great on leash and is extremely food motivated. Sid is house and crate trained up to date on all appropriate core vaccines including lepto, rabies, dewormed, fecal tested negative, microchipped, neutered, and on monthly heartworm flea/tick prevention. Updated: 2/1/2023 www.animalhousesanctuary.org We believe training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues that arise, need to be addressed and/or rewarded. Wonderful, loving boy in need of new home, through no fault of his own. My husband and I had two daughters in the past two years, and Toji shows too strong and urge to "herd" them, and is generally not mindful and gentle enough around them. Toji is a 4 year old pure-bred Australian Cattle Dog. He loves to run, hike, splash in water, and play with his herding ball. He is a great camping dog who can be let off leash and will come when called. He is unfailingly loyal and extremely loving. A true velcro dog. He wants to please, although he is often sassy, bossy, or mischievous. (He'll often bark for more attention or pets). Very energetic and strong. Fenced-in yard required. Leash manners need improvement. Not crate trained. More training in general is recommended Would not recommend to a home with younger kids, as he is rowdy and unaware of how strong he is. He will not hurt cats and usually peacefully coexists with them, but will occasionally harass. Loves to play with other dogs.
