She will go all night without an accident if sleeping with her person. Bingo would need an older dog to help teach her good manners and for future heeler needs, a fenced in yard. You can apply to foster to adopt, which includes vetting, spay, and chipping over the next few months. You must be able to get her to vet appointments at one of our several Rescue vets.
