Hiiii! My name is Whiskey. I am a 10 month old red heeler. I was purchased from a breeder, but unfortunately my family wasn’t able to keep up with my fast paced lifestyle and so now I’m at Releashed. I love to run and play with my foster siblings. I absolutely want a home with another dog to hang out with. I’m crate trained and so far, seem to be potty trained. I haven’t had any accidents at my foster house. Since I am a heeler, I probably don’t need to tell you that I have endless energy. I require a lot of exercise. But after a long day of running wild, I like to curl up on the couch, watch some Netflix, and get belly rubs. If you’re looking for a handsome and sweet boy, I’m your guy!

Tyson is very smart, and is very attentive to his owners commands. He responds to come, sit, lay, shake. He has a very calm temper. He may be 10 but he's very healthy and has a ton of life left, he just won't overwhelm you with it. He's the perfect speed. Age: 10 years WT: 48lbs. Home for the Holiday - Adoption Fees Reduced if Adopted by January 10th! Todd Phox is a brilliant and high-energy guy. We believe he is a mix of a Carolina Dog and a Cattle Dog/Heeler. He is about two years old and weighs around 45 pounds. Todd Phox is super athletic and loves to wrestle with other dogs - sometimes, he plays a little roughly, but he responds well to corrections. Both of his breeds are very energetic dogs, and Todd Phox is no exception. He loves his walks and walks very well on a leash. Are you a runner? Todd will be happy to run with you. Todd Phox is highly intelligent and enjoys training, including learning new tricks and commands. He knows "sit, down, and shake" and is a quick study. He is also crate and house-trained. Because of Todd Phox's energy, having a fenced yard will benefit your family and Todd as it provides an outlet. But Todd Phox does know how to relax - once he is tired, he will hang out on his foster family's deck while watching over his yard or chewing on his toys, but be careful with your shoes, or he might chew those too! Because he is part Carolina Dog, he is independent and not overly affectionate. But when he wants to play, he pokes you with his nose to check on you or to engage you to play with him; he likes tug of war, fetch, and overall ball throwing, etc., and he loves to interact with his people. Todd Phox's best home is with a family without small children because he likes to jump. But he would love to jump into your heart. Say hello to the adorable little boy we are calling Rags. Rags arrived at the shelter on 10/26 as a lost pup and so far has not been reclaimed. He is a very energetic fellow but also attentive and eager to please. He will sit and lay down when asked but still needs to work on stay and his leash manners. He loves toys and likes to play ball. Rags is about 9 months old and weighs just 24 pounds. Rags did test positive for ringworm and has been treated for that and is all clear now. He is current on vaccines, tested negative for heart worms. He will be neutered and micro-chipped upon adoption. You will find him waiting in run 400 and his ID# is 5897. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Loki is the most affectionate dog I’ve seen in my life, wherever you go he will follow. I got him from an unknown breeder in cartersville but because housing issues I now have to give him away and I'm heartbroken but know he will be loved from the right person. He’s a little jumping bean with a wiggle butt that goes crazy. He loves a good chase so fetch is his favorite, he’s also a master at tug of war. He’s the prettiest dog I’ve come across in my life to me, his eyes a beautiful blue with hazel mixed in sometimes. His double coat makes him an amazing cuddle. He’s honestly the best dog I will ever have in my life and I just hope and pray someone can experience his love too.
