Story
Stratus is about 7 years old. He was acquired from a friend in 2019 who could no longer keep him. He has been a good sidekick for many years. He is funny, loyal and loves a good belly rub. Stratus is not the kind of dog that slobbers your face with kisses like most dogs, but has his own special way of just giving you a peck on the cheek. He loves people! He hasnt been around children so I am not sure how he will do. He does not get along with other dogs or cats. He lives with cats now but is way too jealous to be around them. This is the main reason we are rehoming him. He needs to be an only fur baby. He is a great dog and would love to have just his humans!

Story
Paris is a very smart and energetic girl. She will go all day if you let her or she will cuddle up inside and go to sleep. She does not need to be on a farm or around a lot of animals as her drive to chase is too strong. She has amazing recall and will come straight to you if told. She is a dominant female so other dominant females are not her best fit. No cats. And no small dogs. With all that being said she is super smart and super sweet and she deserves a home of her own. If you would like to apply for Paris please fill out the application at sgerinc.com to get started.

Waylon was originally pulled from Jesup county due to his skin condition and being so emaciated. This sweet boy is healing like a champ. Waylon can be a teensy bit shy but loves being loved on and will warm right up! He's doing great now, with his health improving and getting braver every day.

Story
I have had a pretty rough life and have had major surgery due to being hit by a car. I will never walk 100% normal like other dogs, but I get a around pretty great! I would do best in a home where there aren't any bigger dogs since they scare me and I'm afraid they'll hurt me with my special walk. I also don't like to share my snacks or food, but that's because of my past. I know it sounds like I'm a lot, but I'm a total sweetheart and love people. I stay at the rescue with a lot of other dogs, and I'm okay most of the time, but I do get scared. I haven't been around a lot of kids, and know I would be okay with them, but I need them to be gentle with me. Sometimes kids can be too rough for a special girl like me. Please don't pass me by!

Story
Names Ripp! Im a healthy and handsome Blue heeler, 3 years young. Im a smart boy that Knows my commands. I was rescued from a scary shelter and Im ready to meet my new people! I really enjoy long hikes in the woods, jogs around town, a solid round of fetch, and being home Relaxing by your side. My foster says Im an easy going guy MOST of the time who’s happy to take in my surroundings and chill. I dont have the endless energy as some of my heelers my trainers met. The rest of the time...well that depends on who has me! I need a confident owner who really understands Heelers and in return You'll get all my quirky cuteness and a loyal companion. Not to mention Im sure to protect my home to keep you safe from the amazon driver and other suspicious intruders. Dogs- I do best with a dogs who let me do my own thing. I dont want other dogs in my face or trying to play with me...I will correct them! A senior companion, aloof resident do or No dogs work best for me. Kids- Ive interacted with Kids and played fetch but Im Not Bluey...Im a true heeler and I WILL use my mouth to "herd" and correct little ones. A home with small children is not for me. Cats? Not sure but probably not.
