Very easy, attentive, well trained. Tyson is a great companion to anyone looking for a more calm and relaxed dog. He loves to be snuggled and lay next to you on the couch. He still has a good bit of energy to go and play outside. He is super friendly with other dogs and people. Tyson is a very loving dog that needs a home that will show him the same amount of love. Tyson is very smart, and is very attentive to his owners commands. He responds to come, sit, lay, shake. He has a very calm temper. He may be 10 but he's very healthy and has a ton of life left, he just won't overwhelm you with it. He's the perfect speed. Age: 10 years WT: 48lbs. Tess is a 5 year old female Cattle dog/Shepherd mix, who weighs around 45-50 lbs and has a very outgoing personality. She's a VERY happy girl and LOVES everyone and every animal she meets. She does not know a stranger. Tess loves people, kids, cats and other dogs. She's great with dogs of all sizes and loves to play. Tess MUST have a home with a medium to large size, playful dog and a wood privacy fence, at least 6 ft tall. Shorter fences won't work for her. She's also housebroken, loves to cuddle and loves her toys too. She does not like to being the only dog, so having another dog is a must for her. With her being an active girl, the other dog in the home needs to love to play like she does. Tess is great with kids BUT because she’s so playful and a very fast girl, we don’t want to take the chance she’ll get out the front door and get away, so no kids under the age of 12/13. We need responsible, older kids who are very careful keeping the front door and fence gates closed. Tess is also spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Meet Odie! Odie is one of many dogs we have saved from rural Upson County lately. Being a very small, rural shelter the dogs are only held for a very short stray hold before they are at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully they have a very dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to try to get the dogs to safety before their time runs out Odie is about a year and a half old and not even 35 lbs - what a great age and size! It's hard to know for sure what breed he is given that he was a stray but those tell tale spots could mean there is some heeler or maybe even bird dog in there. We prefer to think of him as 100% purebred Rescue Mutt - the best kid of dog there is! Odie is great with other dogs and has learned to really love his crate as well. He's a super social guy who was a big hit at one of our adoption events recently - stopping to greet all of the new people he came upon.
