Queenie is a nine-month-old, 40-pound cattle dog mix. This little low rider was the only one left at the shelter when time was up, so we just took her too, what’s one more? Queenie was terrified at first and had to be carried from the shelter, but a foster took her after she was vetted. She is doing great now, loves the foster dogs and kids, and seems relaxed, as if she knows she is safe. Tess is a 5 year old female Cattle dog/Shepherd mix, who weighs around 45-50 lbs and has a very outgoing personality. She's a VERY happy girl and LOVES everyone and every animal she meets. She does not know a stranger. Tess loves people, kids, cats and other dogs. She's great with dogs of all sizes and loves to play. Tess MUST have a home with a medium to large size, playful dog and a wood privacy fence, at least 6 ft tall. Shorter fences won't work for her. She's also housebroken, loves to cuddle and loves her toys too. She does not like to being the only dog, so having another dog is a must for her. With her being an active girl, the other dog in the home needs to love to play like she does. Tess is great with kids BUT because she’s so playful and a very fast girl, we don’t want to take the chance she’ll get out the front door and get away, so no kids under the age of 12/13. We need responsible, older kids who are very careful keeping the front door and fence gates closed. Tess is also spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
