Story
Howdy, I’m Tex! I’m a 4-year-old heeler, originally rescued from the streets of Texas. It took me some time to get comfortable with people, but now I’m all about the love - I’ll rub up on you like a cat (it's my signature move). I might be a little cautious at first when meeting new people or dogs, but once I warm up, you won’t be able to resist my charm. I get along best with calm dogs who know how to respect my boundaries and listen to my corrections. With the right person and a steady routine, I’ll settle right into your home and be your loyal companion. If you're looking for a sweet, loyal companion, I might just be the one for you!

Story
Lilly is a beautiful 2 year old cattle dog mix. She was abandoned at our vet's office about six months ago and when efforts to get her owners to return for her failed, they asked us to help her find a home. She is currently still living in the kennel at the vet and we would love to see her in a home. We have tested her with other dogs and she was amazing with them - polite, calm and friendly. She has done well with every person she has been introduced to as well. We have no history of how she is in a home environment but she has appeared housebroken when visiting our office for the day and is calm and well behaved. She is a great medium size and medium energy level and very smart.  Lilly was spayed and vaccinated by our vet and her adoption fee is $150.  ##2172302##

Story
Larry and Lexi are two devoted companions looking for a loving home where they can thrive together. This bonded pair brings a balance of energy and affection, with unique personalities that complement each other beautifully.Larry aka Lido is a bright, energetic dog with a love for learning and a strong desire to please. He is high energy outdoors, but calm and well-behaved indoors after exercise. He knows basic commands and learns quickly. Sleeps peacefully in his crate through the night. Calmly waits to receive attention when asked to “sit” and “be calm.” He does best with gradual introductions to other animals and is not well-suited for homes with young children. He takes time to adjust to new environments and is afraid of gunshots (but not thunder). His best day is spent playing fetch, structured activities, and relaxing in his crate after a busy day.Lexi is a sweet, cuddly girl who thrives on love and companionship. She is gentle, affectionate, and happy. She loves nothing more than snuggling on the couch with her favorite person. She is generally calm but occasionally gets the “zoomies.” She is partially house-trained (uses pee pads when left alone during the day). She’s friendly with other animals and people. She can be timid around new things but warms up with patience and reassurance. Her best day is Couch cuddles, happy moments, and a peaceful environment.Their Ideal Home• A calm, loving household without young children.• Active adopters who can provide Larry with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.• Someone patient and understanding of their individual quirks, particularly Larry’s adjustment period to new surroundings and Lexi’s occasional nervousness.• A family that values snuggles (Lexi will be your shadow!) and enjoys a mix of active outdoor time and cozy indoor companionship. This pair offers the best of both worlds: Larry’s zest for life and intelligence paired with Lexi’s calming, loving nature. They’re deeply bonded and bring out the best in each other, creating a harmonious balance of energy and affection. Together, they’ll fill your home with love, loyalty, and unforgettable moments.Requirements: Martingale Collar; Bonded Pair; Children 16+All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.

Story
Jordyn is an energetic dog. She loves to run and play. She is super cuddly and enjoys being close to people. Jordyn is 3 years old and gets along well with other dogs. She is spayed and her shots are up to date. She thrives where she can run and have space to play. We did a DNA test on her and she is part blue heeler, German Shepherd and Golden Retriever! She is fully kennel trained. She can sit, roll over, lay down and shake. I would like Jordyn to go to a house with a yard. She is a very active dog and an apartment would be very hard for her.
