Story
Rutter was rescued from a stranger who unfortunately passed and was going to be put down. He isn’t well with strangers nor animals. He is potty trained and knows the basics! We have had him for about a month and a half. He is great at protecting but takes that a little too serious and will start getting aggressive towards others. We would love if he got a safe home for someone who could attend to him a little more and can train him as we are having a hard time training him to be comfortable around others and animals. Although he has aggression once he gets to know you he is so loving and playful. He loves toys and going on walks. He has some anxiety away from my husband and I when we aren’t home. Although he has never torn of ruined anything in the house but he does get very loud and it gets to be a bother with neighbors around us. We hope someone can love him as much as we’ve had:)

Story
Banjo is a great loving dog with a lot of energy! He wants to learn and listen but he needs someone with time for him which I unfortunately don’t have enough for. He does well with other dogs but does have a high prey drive so no small animals or children. With the right training he would thrive in any environment but I believe a farm would be the best for him. He loves to cuddle at night and is very goofy. He is very protective as well and likes his people. He is a good dog if you give him a chance and patience to train him.

Story
Bentley is approx 5 years old, 68lbs, and has a Labrador personality - lovable, playful, energetic and obedient. He is super smart and learns very fast! He is crate trained, neutered and fully up to date with all his shots. A DNA test indicates he is Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador/ Border Collie/Bloodhound so he is a relentless squirrel and lizard hunter! He needs an active home with room to run, and a person to hang with. I believe he has potential for agility and he can certainly run! He will be better in a home without cats or small dogs but bigger dogs are fine (children unknown). A fenced backyard is a must. He;s learning not to jump on people in his enthusiasm to greet and needs help with his leash manners. It breaks my heart to rehome him. I adopted him as a playmate companion for my GSD but my large GSD won;t accept him. October - Bentley just completed a 2 week intensive training program (uses ecollar) so his leash manners and recall are now excellent.

Story
Piper is 9 years old. She has matured from the hyper puppy with unending energy to a homebody who loves to be with her people. Piper would jump quickly to go for a walk or a couple runs of fetch in the back yard. We have never intentionally fed her from the table but she is a great Roomba for our three kids. She is well trained, but will always bark at the Amazon trucks. Loves to cuddle up on the couch. She has been sweet with all three of our children since their births but may leave the room if they bother her too much. She is loyal and very affectionate to those who appreciate & love her. She will do great with someone who wants a companion and loving presence around your home.

Story
Maddie is 10 years old, very protective and obedient. Not a picky eater at all. No major health issues, just a bit chunky. Fairly energetic for her age, but in short bursts, most of day spent laying on couch or floor. Warms up to guest pretty quickly but protective and barks at first. She does not like the attention of our two young children which we have been dealing with but now it appears our youngest child is having allergy issues related to her dander. While we love Maddie, we need to make this decision for our family, including her. She deserves to have a home where she can be loved properly and with someone who has the time to give her the exercise and attention she needs. We are not asking for a fee, we just want her to go to a loving caretaker.
