Story
Howdy! I’m Tex, and I’m a 4-year-old heeler. I made a long trip from the streets of Texas to Florida after I was rescued after a large flood. I'm an independent dog who enjoys spending time with my favorite person. I can be selective of new people at first, as I hold myself in high esteem. Once I to get to know you, I can be one of the most loyal, caring, and intelligent dogs in all the land. I get along best with calm dogs who can respect my boundaries and listen to my corrections. Unfortunately, I shouldn't go home with young kids or cats. With the right person and a steady routine, I know I can settle into your home and be your loyal companion.

Story
Piper is 9 years old. She has matured from the hyper puppy with unending energy to a homebody who loves to be with her people. Piper would jump quickly to go for a walk or a couple runs of fetch in the back yard. We have never intentionally fed her from the table but she is a great Roomba for our three kids. She is well trained, but will always bark at the Amazon trucks. Loves to cuddle up on the couch. She has been sweet with all three of our children since their births but may leave the room if they bother her too much. She is loyal and very affectionate to those who appreciate & love her. She will do great with someone who wants a companion and loving presence around your home.

Story
Lilly is a beautiful 2 year old cattle dog mix. She was abandoned at our vet's office about six months ago and when efforts to get her owners to return for her failed, they asked us to help her find a home. She is currently still living in the kennel at the vet and we would love to see her in a home. We have tested her with other dogs and she was amazing with them - polite, calm and friendly. She has done well with every person she has been introduced to as well. We have no history of how she is in a home environment but she has appeared housebroken when visiting our office for the day and is calm and well behaved. She is a great medium size and medium energy level and very smart.  Lilly was spayed and vaccinated by our vet and her adoption fee is $150.  ##2172302##
