Story
Meet beautiful Iris! She has a sweet, gentle nature and loves to play and wrestle with Rose. Iris needs a patient, understanding home with a predictable routine. She can be a little skittish in new or unfamiliar environments, but she has shown that she warms up to people rather quickly. She has the most expressive eyes and the cutest deer-tail (her little, excited tail wiggles are the best). She’s incredibly intelligent and learns quickly; she’d benefit from constant enrichment to build her confidence. Sometimes she’ll pick up a toy, look directly at Rose, and then run away, all because she wants Rose’s attention. She is potty trained, good with other dogs, and OK with cats. Iris would do best in a home with no small children. Meet lovely, sweet girl Rose! She came to us when she got sick and her previous owner could not afford her medical. She loves to cuddle and loves playing fetch. She would love a fenced in yard where she can run and play fetch with you. She loves going for a walk and car rides. Please fill out an application if you would like to meet them. Meet lovely, sweet Rose! She was surrendered to Pawlife Rescue when her previous owner could not afford her medical needs. Rose is such an affectionate, grateful, and happy girl. She loves playing fetch and she would have a toy in her mouth 24/7 if she could! She has the perfect pup smile and lights up any time you give her a head rub or pick up a toy to play with her. She would love a fenced in yard where she can run and play fetch with you. She loves going for walks and car rides. Sweet Rose loves to cuddle with humans and Iris on the couch (they might even lay on each other to get closer to you). She’s interested in cats but may scare them due to her excited nature. Adoption fee is for both dogs. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoptable-pets/iris-rose Please visit our website for more information on the foster/adoption process. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoption-resources Located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Story
Mila is a wonderful and loving dog, she is pretty active and good for all the bike rides and runs. She is super smart and will definetly protect your house. She does not like vaccum machines lol My daugther adopted her from a breeder, unfortunately she is not able to take care of her and i already have two dogs. :( I am more than happy to answer any questions. We hope for her to go with someone who can provide enough space for her to run or at least to keep her active daily, she is not a lap dog even when she love to cuddle. Please read about cattle dogs before inquiring, she is a pure breed. Crate and potty trained , I will agree to put the $100 adoption fee towards the neuter surgery!

Story
His name is comet. He is about 3 years old. He is somewhat house trained. He gets mad when people touch his food. He has bitten me a few times, but he is a smart dog and you can tell he knows what he does wrong. He can’t control his behavior. He deserves a better family that will train him right and teach him the right ways. He is a beautiful dog and is kind to kids. He needs a family that will devote their time to training him. He pees when he gets excited and loves to run. He needs a big space and he needs people that will love him unconditionally. He is very loving. He hates the heat though! Loves being inside! Is not good with cats but he can be trained to have a nice friendship.

PLEASE READ  BIO BEFORE EMAILING WITH ANY QUESTIONS AS WE TRY TO INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION THAT IS KNOWN.  WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS WORKING FULL-TIME JOBS AND APOLOGIZE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO EVERYONE. Sophie is an 8 year old female mix breed that weighs 55 lbs.  She came into rescue after the passing of her owner.  She would do best as an only pet as she gets very anxious and possessive over toys.   She has been spayed, current on all vaccines including Rabies and Bordetella, heartworm and fecal negative and microchipped. She has been on a monthly heartworm and flea preventative.  All dogs shed and most of our dogs are mix breeds and are not recommended for any person suffering with allergies. Story
Jocko is a mutt, mainly Australian cattle/lab/border collie. He is 4 years old. He loves walks, hikes, cashing squirrels, cuddling on the couch, playing with toys. He is a good guard dog for strangers coming to the door. He will make a great dog for someone! He has a brother that he sometimes fights with, I have been told its litter mate syndrome, it would be ideal if Jocko could find a home with no other dogs.

Story
I got this sweet dog, her name is Freckles. I love her so much and want the best home, however she's a danger to my cats. I tried my best to train her but her prey drive is super high, perfect for a hunter. She is quite athletic, fast running and incredibly intelligent. She has a resource guarding problem but she is in pain. She suffers from Entropion, and I can and will pay for her surgery. She takes Carprofen for the pain (dog ibuprofen) I can't keep her due to her energy levels, and inability to "leave it" with my cats. I have trained her with the commands sit, wait, go, lay down, play dead, leave it, (she also responds to drop it) paw and stand. She's is a good girl and needs room to run and play, preferably with other dogs. She is a happy, loving girl with separation anxiety. I had her as my ESA. She is only a puppy, a big playful puppy who does not know her strength. She needs someone who understands energetic dogs, someone active and someone who is kind.
