Story
She is very sweet dog but has problems with chasing and mouthing other dogs and cats. She does it playfully but I have another dog that gets aggressive when she does it. She needs a home where she is the only pet or with another young energetic dog who likes to run as well. She loves fetching a ball and car rides and is great with my daughter. I have a cat here with her Dolly does follow the cat around a lot but the cat swats her. I do have another dog that Dolly does get along with so it will depend on both dogs which is why I didn't put she is good with dogs or cats it would depend on them as well. I have an appointment to get her spayed on March 29th that I will take her to and pay for if someone adopting her is ok with it. She is completely house trained and is a good dog when she is home alone. I think she is purebred but don't have paperwork for that. Have copies of her vet records.

Story
He is a dog that loves the outdooors and exploring new places. Buddy loves to play with all types of toys until he gets tired and needs a break. He does have a lump on his leg that has been checked by a vet and they have not been concerned about it saying that it is most likely from fat. He also has had a uti one time in his life and the vet has said they dont think his kidneys are working the best. He was found as a stray then adopted for a small time till the person had to move which is when I adopted him. I always thought it was just me and him until I found my husband and we have a little baby girl. He is unpredictable when it comes to other animals some dogs he has been fine with and others he is aggressive. He has been around cats but doesnt like all. He has been around babies but once they become of age to run around he doesnt have the temperament for it and would do better in a no other pets or small children home. He is an amazing dog.

Story
Hello! I’m Banner, a male 4 y/o Australian Blue Heeler (like Bluey!) rescued from a 50+ dog cruelty seizure. I get along well with kids and other dogs, and am currently learning to get along with cats. However, I prefer people and chill-going pets. I am very quiet - perfect for a condo or a family that prefers peace. Due to my previous situation, I am working on just BEING a dog! I am a bit anxious at first, but I warm up with positive reinforcement and physical affection. I am currently working on housebreaking, crate training, and leash walking! All I need is encouragement and I will surely improve with flying (blue) colors. I am looking for a new start with a family that is willing to dedicate time and attention to me, and give me the love and patience I have never received before now. All I want is to finally know what it feels like to belong and feel safe with a family who will cherish me forever.

Story
Bandit is a young and handsome energetic pup. He is around 40lbs and is a year old. He needs a person willing to spend time continuing his training as he is young and still in the chewing stage. He is treat and attention motivated. He is crate trained, rides well in car, he has made great strides on leash walking and potty training. Bandit has a silly, fun personality. He is very curious and has a lot of potential, I would say medium to high energy but he does have an off switch. He was a little nervous during thunderstorms but just needs to know where his person is. Bandit is an all around love bug that gets along well with other dogs, is neutered, current on immunizations and on preventatives. If he sounds perfect for your family, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration ane transfer to his new furever family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue eforts.

Story
Monty is a 5-year-old Red Heeler with a heart full of affection and a protective streak. This smart and energetic boy thrives in an active home where he can channel his energy and intelligence into fun activities and playtime. Monty is a loyal companion who loves his people and enjoys snuggling up for some cuddle time once he's had a chance to burn off his energy. As a breed, Red Heelers are known for their high energy and strong protective instincts, and Monty is no exception. He does well with some dogs outside the home but can be territorial and protective of his space, so he'd be happiest as the only pet in a home. He is not suited for a home with children, as his protective nature may make him uncomfortable around unfamiliar situations or people. Monty needs a confident, experienced owner who understands the breed's instincts and can provide him with structure, mental stimulation, and lots of exercise. He can be a bit cautious around new people, especially in his home, but once he bonds with you, he'll be your loyal protector and best friend. His intelligence makes him highly trainable, and he's always eager to please. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate, and protective companion who will reward your patience and dedication with loyalty and love, Monty might be the perfect match for you.
