Story
Allister is the sweetest boy. He is about 4 years old and I adopted him at around 6 months old after he was found in a flooded RV park with his sibling. He was a foster first, but after seeing his sweet personality, I knew I had to adopt him. He loves to cuddle. A lot. He also ‘gives hugs’ but I am trying to not have him do that anymore. I did a DNA test a couple years ago and he is 60% Australian cattle dog. He was my first dog as an adult and I wish I had know more about his breed and their need for a high level of exercise and mental stimulation. I walk him daily and it is his favorite part of the day, but I know he wants more. He is very athletic and I would bet he would make a great farm dog, with some training. He has always been very healthy, no issues there. He can be resource aggressive with other dogs and weird about alpha dogs but I truly think with a dedicated family and someone who is familiar with high energy breeds- these issues could be so much better.

Story
Monty is a 5-year-old Red Heeler with a heart full of affection and a protective streak. This smart and energetic boy thrives in an active home where he can channel his energy and intelligence into fun activities and playtime. Monty is a loyal companion who loves his people and enjoys snuggling up for some cuddle time once he's had a chance to burn off his energy. As a breed, Red Heelers are known for their high energy and strong protective instincts, and Monty is no exception. He does well with some dogs outside the home but can be territorial and protective of his space, so he'd be happiest as the only pet in a home. He is not suited for a home with children, as his protective nature may make him uncomfortable around unfamiliar situations or people. Monty needs a confident, experienced owner who understands the breed's instincts and can provide him with structure, mental stimulation, and lots of exercise. He can be a bit cautious around new people, especially in his home, but once he bonds with you, he'll be your loyal protector and best friend. His intelligence makes him highly trainable, and he's always eager to please. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate, and protective companion who will reward your patience and dedication with loyalty and love, Monty might be the perfect match for you.

Story
Hello! I’m Banner, a male 4 y/o Australian Blue Heeler (like Bluey!) rescued from a 50+ dog cruelty seizure. I get along well with kids and other dogs, and am currently learning to get along with cats. However, I prefer people and chill-going pets. I am very quiet - perfect for a condo or a family that prefers peace. Due to my previous situation, I am working on just BEING a dog! I am a bit anxious at first, but I warm up with positive reinforcement and physical affection. I am currently working on housebreaking, crate training, and leash walking! All I need is encouragement and I will surely improve with flying (blue) colors. I am looking for a new start with a family that is willing to dedicate time and attention to me, and give me the love and patience I have never received before now. All I want is to finally know what it feels like to belong and feel safe with a family who will cherish me forever.

Story
She is very sweet dog but has problems with chasing and mouthing other dogs and cats. She does it playfully but I have another dog that gets aggressive when she does it. She needs a home where she is the only pet or with another young energetic dog who likes to run as well. She loves fetching a ball and car rides and is great with my daughter. I have a cat here with her Dolly does follow the cat around a lot but the cat swats her. I do have another dog that Dolly does get along with so it will depend on both dogs which is why I didn't put she is good with dogs or cats it would depend on them as well. I have an appointment to get her spayed on March 29th that I will take her to and pay for if someone adopting her is ok with it. She is completely house trained and is a good dog when she is home alone. I think she is purebred but don't have paperwork for that. Have copies of her vet records.
