Story
Onyx AKA Bryant has a special talent: he can hear cheese no matter how far away it is. He’s full of personality. Onyx loves to play and go for walks, and while he hasn’t quite mastered fetch yet, he’s very enthusiastic about practicing! After a nice long stroll, he’s perfectly content curling up at your feet for a nap—stinky shoes and all. He walks well on a leash and politely sits at crossings. His favorite treats include bully sticks and bananas, and he’s always excited for snack time. Guard dog? Not even close. If someone comes near, Onyx’s go-to move is flopping over for as many belly rubs as possible. True to his herding roots, he likes to make sure all his people (especially kids) are accounted for before settling down by the door. Onyx is crate trained and does well with pottying outside when the door is left open. He has lived happily with three kids and would thrive in a home with another furry friend to keep him company ##2374931##

Story
Banjo is a energetic friendly boy who would benefit from an active home that can provide him with continued training and daily physical/mental enrichment. He loves to play tug of war, get treats of all kinds, and his favorite toys are Kongs. He is noted to do ok in his crate at night but will need help with potty training. Banjo has lived with a newborn but not other animals and can be barky and pull towards other dogs he sees so slow intros will be important to set him up for success. Banjo likes to run out doors and is very vocal and likes to chew when home alone so continued training/support will be needed for him. He has been in four homes in his short life!

Story
Meet Red – Your Next Adventure Buddy! Red is a 2.5-year-old bundle of energy weighing 50 lbs with a heart as big as his paws. After his beloved owner passed away, Red found himself in the loving care of a neighbor who rescues animals—and he`s been thriving ever since. Red is always ready for fun! Whether it`s a play session with other dogs, a romp around the yard, or just exploring his surroundings, he approaches life with enthusiasm and curiosity. He’s also a total lovebug—he’ll happily cuddle up next to you and soak in all the affection you’re willing to give. This playful pup is crate trained and will let you know with a little whine when he needs to go out. He’s also potty trained and learning the ropes of indoor life like a champ. Red loves to greet people by standing up and leaning in close for love—it’s his signature move! Red does well with other dogs and enjoys hopping around and goofing off with his canine friends. He knows basic commands like “sit” and “lay down,” and while he’s still working on leash training (he didn’t have much before coming into foster care), he’s eager to learn and please. He has never been in a home with kids but he is always friendly to the neighbor kids when they played in the street or in his yard. Before his foster home, Red lived outdoors and wasn’t reactive to passersby—he has a calm nature in that way. But now, he’s learning how fun and cozy the indoor life can be. He’d love an active home where he can continue learning, playing, and being part of the family. If you`re looking for an affectionate, fun-loving, and loyal companion who`s ready to be your adventure partner and cuddle buddy, Red might just be the perfect match! He is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a $300 fee.

Hi I`m Forrest! I am young and full of energy! I enjoy playing and working for treats. I came in as a stray so my history with kids, dogs and cats is unknown. Story
Meet Heck — a beautiful male Aussie Shepherd searching for a second chance at love. Heck’s human sadly passed away, and through no fault of his own, he now finds himself heartbroken and needing a new family. For the past 5 years, he was deeply loved and lived as an indoor/outdoor companion who enjoyed adventures with his person just as much as quiet cuddle time at home. Heck is loyal, protective, and devoted. He faithfully slept beside his owner’s bed every night and formed a strong bond built on trust and love. He enjoys outings, affection, hugs, and simply being near his people. This handsome boy has so much love left to give and deserves a family willing to open their heart to him during this difficult transition. Could you be the one to help Heck heal and give him the loving home he deserves?
