Loves to run and investigate outside, you can see joy and anticipation on his face. Was surrendered due to owner moving. He knows how to sit, lay down, stay, shake, rollover and has the cutest most majestic wolf howl. He LOVES to play fetch, hike and go running. He is crate-trained and house-trained and loves puzzle toys and bones and any games you might teach him. He can live with other dogs, with proper introductions, he does not do well with cats. Meet Maverick, his estimate birthday is 11/21/23 and he is 46 pounds. He is an angel baby. So sweet and loyal, and well-behaved and loves dogs and kids. A+ dog! More on Maverick from his shelter foster! He will cuddle anyone that will let him! Such a lover! He passed his "home alone" test while I left for about 20 minutes and he did great. He's crate trained, doesn't mark, and knows to use the dog door. He sleeps on a dog bed or has jumped up in my bed. He's not a barker and is a pretty perfect gentleman, to say the least. He opens up being outside and even tolerated my dress-up shenanigans. He’s a gentle boy with a pure heart and he’s sure to make a wonderful companion.
